Abstract
Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) berkontribusi dalam perekonomian Indonesia terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) yang meningkat dari 57,84% menjadi 60,34% pada tahun 2018. Dalam membantu perekonomian Indonesia, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) memiliki peran sebesar 20% dengan kegiatan ekspor olahan ikan beku ke beberapa negara. Namun, para Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) memiliki kendala saat mengirimkan muatan ikan beku yaitu tidak memiliki standar pengiriman kemasan rantai dingin untuk kegiatan ekspor dengan moda transportasi laut. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah menganalisa model standardisasi pengiriman ekspor bagi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) dengan moda transportasi laut berupa 4 (empat) skenario pemilihan kemasan yang memiliki standar pengiriman kemasan rantai dingin. Rute tujuan pengiriman kemasan rantai dingin pada tugas akhir ini adalah negara China dengan menggunakan kapal petikemas dengan kapasitas kapal 5.095 TEUs. Hasil analisa yang diperoleh menurut biaya satuan logistik adalah skenario 2 (dua) dengan penggunaan inovasi kemasan sekunder 1 (satu) dan kemasan saat ini sebesar Rp. 21.439.940/ton. Untuk hasil analisa yang diperoleh menurut waktu adalah skenario 4 (empat) dengan penggunaan inovasi kemasan sekunder 2 (daua) dengan waktu total 21,45 hari.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) contribute to the Indonesian economy towards Gross Domestic Product (GDP) which increased from 57.84% to 60.34% in 2018. In helping the Indonesian economy, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a role of 20 % with exports of processed frozen fish to several countries. However, the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have problems when sending frozen fish that is not having the standard cold chain packaging shipments for export activities by sea transportation mode. Therefore, the purpose of this final project is to analyze the standardization model of export shipments for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with a sea transportation mode in the form of 4 (four) packaging selection scenarios that have cold chain packaging shipping standards. The destination route for shipping cold chain packaging in this final project is China using container ships with a capacity of 5.095 TEUs. The analysis results obtained according to the logistics unit cost are scenario 2 (two) with the use of 1 (one) secondary packaging innovation and the current packaging of Rp. 21,439,940 / ton. For the analysis results obtained according to time is scenario 4 (four) with the use of secondary packaging innovation 2 (daua) with a total time of 21.45 days.
