Abstract

Salah satu objek dari solusi soliton non-topologi dalam teori medan adalah Q-ball dan telah dikaji hampir selama setengah abad dalam berbagai metode. Q-ball dapat dibangun dengan model simetri bola ataupun model simetri axial dan dengan berbagai ruang-waktu dan dimensi. Pada studi ini akan dimodelkan Q-ball berotasi dalam ruang-waktu Minkowski lima dimensi. Pemodelan ini dilakukan baik secara analitik maupun numerik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pemodelan ini berupa persamaan medan, rapat energi, energi Q-ball, dan muatan Q-ball. Di sini juga akan dibahas tentang kestabilan Q-ball baik secara klasik ataupun secara kuantum.

One object that arises from non-topological soliton solutions in field theory is Q-ball. Q-balls have been studied in various method for almost a half century. Q-balls could be constructed by spherical symmetric model or axial symmetric model and also could be discussied in various spacetime background. In this work, rotating Q-ball is contructed in five dimensional Minkowski spacetime background. Both analitical and numerical methode was used in this work. The result of this approach is the field equation, energy density, energy of Q-ball, and charge of Q-ball. We also discuss about its stability.
