Abstract
Penggunaan motor induksi di industri pada bidang transportasi berbasis listrik telah banyak digunakan contohnya sebagai penggerak utama pada kereta listrik. Informasi kecepatan diperlukan untuk pengendalian kecepatan motor pada umumnya diukur menggunakan sensor. Untuk menggantikan peran sensor digunakan metode speed sensorless dengan berbasis observer. Pada tugas akhir ini Disturbance Observer digunakan untuk mengestimasi kecepatan motor induksi dengan parameter yang mengacu pada motor induksi di PT.INKA. Disturbance Observer dirancang dari Luenberger Observer dengan penambahan state baru d atau disebut sebagai disturbance. Disturbance didefisikan sebagai pembuat nonlinier dari motor induksi yang secara matematis sebagai perkalian antara kecepatan ⍵r dengan fluks λ. Pada Disturbance Observer, kecepatan estimasi ⍵r dipengaruhi oleh nilai estimasi disturbance serta estimasi fluks (λ). Adapun perkalian gain dengan error arus serta error disturbance digunakan sebagai sinyal koreksi pada state observer. Hasil estimasi kecepatan untuk kondisi nominal diperoleh kecepatan estimasi sebesar 156,80 rad/s dengan error sebesar 0,18%. Hasil pengujian penambahan torsi load dan pengujian perubahan tergangan menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan estimasi dari estimator yang dirancang mampu mengikuti perubahan kecepatan plant.

Induction motors in industries, especially electricity-based transportation have been widely used, for example as the main driver of electric trains. Speed information needed to control motor speed is generally measured using sensors. To replace the role of the sensor used, the speed sensorless method based on observer is used. This final project Disturbance Observer is used to estimate the speed of the induction motor with parameters that refer to the induction motor at PT.INKA. Disturbance Observer was designed from Luenberger Observer with the addition of a new state or referred to as disturbance. Disturbance is a nonlinear term of an induction motor which is mathematically as a multiplication of the speed ⍵r with flux λ. In the Disturbance Observer, the estimated velocity is influenced by the estimated disturbance value and the estimated flux. The gain multiplication with current error and error disturbance is used as correction signals in the state observer. The speed estimation results for nominal conditions obtained 156.80 rad/s with an error of 0.18%. The results of testing the addition of torque load and testing changes in voltage values indicate that the estimator that is designed can follow changes in plant speed.
