Abstract

Penyusunan tugas akhir terapan ini mengambil objek Gedung Apartemen The Rosebay yang terletak di kota Surabaya dengan luas bangunan sebesar 630 m2. Gedung Apartemen The Rosebay direncanakan di Kota Sumenep, Madura. Modifikasi bangunan meliputi perubahan denah bangunan dan direncanakan 4 lantai dan 1 atap pelat beton dengan tinggi 16 m. Bangunan termasuk kategori resiko IV dan kelas situs SD kategori desain seismik C sehingga merencanakan dengan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM). Perhitungan beban gempa, menggunakan metode statik ekivalen. Perhitungan struktur bangunan mengacu pada SNI 03 – 2847 – 2013 tentang Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung. Perhitungan pembebanan mengacu pada SNI 1727 – 2013 sedangkan untuk perhitungan gempa mengacu pada SNI 1726-2012 dan Peta Hazzard Gempa Indonesia 2010. Penyusunan tugas akhir terapan ini, akan memperoleh laporan hasil perhitungan struktur bangunan , gambar teknik yang terdiri dari gambar arsitektur, gambar denah struktur dan gambar detail penulangan, serta kebutuhan tulangan kolom, balok, dan pelat pada satu segmen portal.

This preparation of final project takes The Rosebay Apartment Building which located in Surabaya with a building area 630 m2. The Rosebay Apartment Building is planned in Sumenep City, Madura. Building modifications include changes in floor plans and was designed 4th floors and 1 concrete slab roof with the height 16 m. The building has 4th risk category and site class C seismic design category so will be designed using the Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMM). The earthquake load calculations uses static equivalent methods. Calculation of building structure refers to SNI 03-2847 - 2013 which tells about The Procedures of Concrete Structural for Buildings. Calculation of loading refers to SNI 1727 – 2013. Earthquake calculation refers to SNI 1726-2012 and the 2010 Indonesia Earthquake Hazzard Map. The results of the calculation will get the report on the calculation of the structure of the building, technical drawings that consists of architectural drawings, structural drawings and detailed drawings of reinforcement, and also reinforcement needs on columns, beams, and plates at one portal segment.
