Abstract
Jalan tol KLBM (Krian – Legundi – Bunder – Manyar) merupakan proyek pembangunan jalan tol yang menghubungkan Kecamatan Krian, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan Kota Manyar Kabupaten Gresik. Jalan tol ini memiliki panjang total 38,40 kilometer yang dibagi menjadi 4 seksi, yaitu: Seksi I ruas Krian – Legundi dengan panjang 9,45 kilometer, Seksi II ruas Menganti – Boboh dengan Panjang 13,53 kilometer, Seksi III ruas Boboh – Bunder dengan panjang 6,02 kilometer, dan Seksi IV ruas Bunder – Manyar. Pengerjaan Seksi I, II, dan III saat ini telah mencapai tahap 70% dan direncanakan selesai dan beroperasi pada akhir tahun 2019. Sedangkan untuk Seksi IV saat ini masih dalam proses konstruksi dan direncanakan dapat selesai dan beroperasi pada tahun 2020. Pembangunan jalan tol KLBM (Krian – Legundi – Bunder – Manyar) bertujuan untuk mengurai kepadatan transportasi dan mempermudah akses jalan antara Kecamatan Krian, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik, seiring dengan meningkatnya sektor industri dan perdagangan di sepanjang atau disekitar wiayah tersebut. Dalam proses pembangunan jalan tol KLBM (Krian – Legundi – Bunder – Manyar), durasi pengerjaan dan biaya konstruksi merupakan dua hal yang cukup penting. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, perencanaan waktu dan biaya harus diperhitungkan dengan matang agar proses konstruksi dapat terlaksana lengan optimal dan efektif. Hasil perhitungan perencanaan biaya dan waktu untuk proyek pembangunan jalan tol KLBM (Krian – Legundi – Bunder – Manyar) seksi 1 STA 4+200 sampai dengan 8+200, dibutuhkan biaya konstruksi sebesar Rp122.597.289.204,00 dengan waktu pengerjaan ±273 hari kerja.

The KLBM (Krian – Legundi – Bunder – Manyar) Toll Road is a road construction that connects Krian District, Sidoarjo District, and Gresik District. The total distance of this toll road is 38,40 kilometers and divided into 4 segments: Krian – Legundi Section (9,45 kilometers), Menganti – Boboh Section (13,53 kilometers), Boboh – Bunder Section (6,02 kilometers), and Bunder – Manyar (9,40 kilometers). The construction progress of first, second, and third sections has reached 70% and planned to be done and operated on late 2019. At the same time, the fourth section is still under construction and planned to be done and operated on 2020. This construction is intended to break the transportation density and easing access between Krian District, Sidoarjo District, and Gresik District, along the growth of industrial and commerce sector surround the connected areas. Within the construction process of KLBM Toll Road, construction time and cost are two crucial things. Therefore, the time and cost planning need to be prepared as well as possible for the best and effective result. After several calculations of time and cost for the construction of KLBM Toll Road Krian – Legundi Section at STA 4+200 – 8+200, this project costs approximately Rp122.597.289.204,00 with 273 days of work.
