Abstract

Usaha peningkatan keselamatan penumpang kapal di daerah Pesisir perlu ditingkatkan. Kecelakaan kapal yang terjadi di daerah Pesisir seperti terbakar, tabrakan, tenggelam, kandas dan lain-lain. Polisi Air melakukan penyelamatan penumpang Kapal dengan informasi tercatat secara manual. Data Kecelakaan Kapal didapatkan dari Laporan Polisi Air melalui Handy Talky. Telah dikembangkan Perangkat Sistem Monitoring Kecelakaan Kapal di daerah Pesisir yaitu Coast Panic. Coast Panic menggunakan LORA yang mengirimkan data Monitoring Kecelakaan Kapal. Coast Panic juga dapat memberikan notifikasi data Monitoring Kecelakaan Kapal pada Android Smartphone. Namun Coast Panic, masih memiliki kendala GPS Module yang terkadang tidak mendeteksi latitude dan longitude dan ada pengiriman data LORA dari End Node tidak masuk ke Gateway melalui Repeater dengan jarak maksimal 10Km. Dengan Coast Panic, Polisi Air akan lebih terbantu untuk Monitoring Kecelakaan Kapal di daerah Pesisir. ==================================================================================================================================
Efforts to improve the safety of ship passengers in the Coastal area need to be improved. Ship accidents that occur in the Coastal areas such as burning, collision, sinking, foundered and others. Water Police rescue ship passengers with information recorded manually. Ship Accident Data is obtained from the Water Police Report via Handy Talky. A Ship Accident Monitoring System Tool has been developed in the Coastal Area, namely Coast Panic. Coast Panic uses LORA which sends Ship Accident Monitoring data. Coast Panic can also provide Ship Accident Monitoring data notifications on an Android Smartphone. However, Coast Panic still has GPS Module constraints that sometimes do not detect latitude and longitude and LORA data transmission from End Node does not enter the Gateway through a repeater with a maximum distance of 10km. With Coast Panic, the Water Police will be more assisted in Monitoring Ship Accidents in the Coastal area.
