Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan keadaan Gas Engine dilihat dari parameter minyak pelumas (TAN,TBN,Viskositas dan Oxidant) serta dapat menentukan kelayakan umur pakai pada minyak pelumas dilihat dari parameter minyak pelumas (TAN,TBN,Viskositas dan Oxidant), penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Perta Daya Gas.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yaitu dianalisis secara sederhana menggunakan excel lalu dideskripsikan. Sampel minyak pelumas diambil pada 6 Gas Engine.Hasil Dari analisis yang dilakukan,hasil peringkat keadaan Gas Engine pada 6 Gas Engine di dapatkan Gas Engine K-105 berada di peringkat terakhir yang dimana Gas Engine tersebut harus dilakukan perawatan lebih karena adanya anomali data dan 2 kali maintenance pada tahun 2016-2018. Selain itu berdasarkan kelayakan umur pakai, Running Hours Oli 358,89 jam adalah waktu yang layak dalam menjalankan operasi di 6 gas engine yang berpedoman pada parameter minyak pelumas setiap Gas Engine dan juga keadaan gas engine terburuk dan gas engine terbaik.

This study aims to determine the condition of the Gas Engine seen from the parameters of the lubricating oil (TAN, TBN, Viscosity, and Oxidant) and can determine the feasibility of the service life of the lubricating oil seen from the parameters of the lubricating oil (TAN, TBN, Viscosity, and Oxidant), this research was conducted at PT Perta Daya Gas. The research method used is the descriptive analysis that is analyzed simply using Excel and then described. Lubricating oil samples were taken at 6 Gas Engines. Results From the analysis conducted, the results of the ranking of Gas Engine conditions at the 6 Gas Engines obtained by the K-105 Gas Engine were ranked last where the Gas Engine had to be treated more due to data anomalies and 2 maintenance times in 2016-2018. In addition based on the feasibility of service life, Running Hours Oil 358.89 hours is a reasonable time to run operations on 6 gas engines that are guided by the parameters of each engine oil and the worst gas engine conditions and the best engine gas.
