Abstract
Gedung Universitas Trunojoyo Madura terletak di
Bangkalan, Madura. Gedung tersebut menggunakan konstruksi
beton bertulang (eksisting) yang memiliki 4 (empat) lantai dengan
luas 884 m2 dan rangka baja WF untuk struktur atapnya. Pada tahun
2013, gedung ini direncanakan ulang dengan menggunakan profil
baja pada struktur utamanya, sementara struktur atapnya
menggunakan profil baja siku.
Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan
biaya dan waktu antara struktur beton bertulang dengan struktur
baja. Pada tugas akhir ini, acuan untuk menghitung perbandingan
waktu pelaksanaan dan biaya kontruksi dengan metode
penjadwalan dan penyusunan anggaran biaya berdasarkan harga
satuan pekerja (HSPK) 2013. Perhitungan penjadwalan diperoleh
dari produksi peralatan perhitungan kapasitas tenaga kerja untuk
pekerjaan tertentu seperti struktur balok, kolom, dan pelat.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa perhitungan biaya dan waktu
pelaksanaan diperoleh biaya total untuk struktur beton sebesar Rp
8,922,700,000.00 dengan waktu pelaksanaan proyek 193 hari
sedangkan biaya total untuk struktur baja sebesar Rp
15,075,700,000.00 dengan waktu pelaksanaan proyek 165 hari.

University of Trunojoyo Madura is located in Bangkalan,
Madura. The building uses reinforced concrete construction
(existing) that has 4 (four) floor with an area of 884 m 2 and wide
flange steel frame for the roof structure. In 2013, the building was
re-planned using steel profiles on the main structure, while the roof
structure using elbow steel profiles.
This final project aims to compare the cost and time of
reinforced concrete structure with steel structures. In this final
project, a reference to calculate the ratio of the implementation
time and cost of construction by using the method of scheduling
and budgeting based on the unit price (HSPK) 2013. Calculation of
scheduling obtained from the production equipment capacity for
each jobs such as structural beams, columns, and plate. Based on
analysis of the calculation of costs and implementation time earned
total costs for concrete structures Rp 8,922,700,000.00 with project
duration 193 days, while total cost for the steel structure Rp
15,075,700,000.00 with project duration 165 days.
