Abstract
Sonneratia ovata Backer merupakan salah satu tanaman
yang berasal dari Kota Dobo, Kepulauan Aru, Provinsi Maluku.
Senyawa 3β-asetoksi-lup-20(29)-en-2α-ol (1) berupa serbuk
putih dengan titik leleh 200-201oC berhasil diisolasi dari ekstrak
metanol kulit batang Sonneratia ovata Backer. Senyawa
tersebut difraksinasi menggunakan metode kromatografi cair
vakum (KCV) dan kromatografi kolom gravitasi (KKG).
Senyawa murni diidentifikasi menggunakan spektroskopi IR,
1H-NMR, dan 13C-NMR. Uji bioaktivitas antioksidan dilakukan
dengan metode DPPH. Ekstrak metanol menunjukkan aktivitas
antioksidan dengan nilai IC50 = 4,73 g/mL untuk DPPH radikal
dan fraksi dari senyawa (1) menunjukan prosentase
penghambatan sebesar 20,91 0,006 %
========================================================================================Sonneratia ovata Backer, is a plant that grows in
Dobo City, Aru Islands, Maluku. Compound 3β-acetoxy-lup-
20(29)-en-2α-ol (1) formed white crystal powder with melting
point 200-201oC was isolated from methanol extract of bark
Sonneratia ovata Backer. Then it fractionated with silica gel
column chromatography. A compound which have been
obtained, then identified using IR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR.
Anti-oxidant bioactivity was tested using DPPH methods.
Methanol extract showed antioxidant activity with IC50 value
of 4,73 on DPPH assay and fraction from compound (1)
showed percent inhibition of 20,91 0,006 %
