Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai Studi Karakterisasi
Modul Generator Thermoelektrik Tipe SP184827145SA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang dapat
mengkarakterisasi modul generator thermoelektrik, mengetahui
spesifikasi alat yang dirancang dan mengetahui karakteristik
modul generator thermoelektrik tipe SP184827145SA melalui
pengukuran dengan alat yang telah diuji. Alat yang telah
dirancang dapat mengkarakterisasi modul generator
thermoelektrik berupa perubahan nilai tegangan, arus dan suhu
per satu detik lalu disimpan kedalam SD Card. Rentang sensor
tegangan yang telah dibuat dapat mengukur antara 0.15-21 Volt,
Untuk sensor arus dapat mengukur antara 0.05-5 Ampere
sedangkan sensor suhu yang telah dibuat dapat mengukur antara
0-1024°C dengan resolusi 0.25°C. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran
pada ΔT 100°C modul thermoelektrik tipe SP184827145SA
mempunyai nilai open voltage 4.4V dengan daya 0.6Watt
sedangkan ketika disusun seri sebanyak 3 buah sebesar 12.4V
dengan daya 1.9 Watt

This research aims to designing systems that can characterize
thermoelectric generator modules, to determine the specification
of the device, to characterize TEG modules SP184812745SA
through measurment with the device which has been designed.
The device that has been tested can measure the value of
voltage,current,temperature per one second and save it into the
SD Card. The device can measure the voltage from 0.15-21 Volts,
the current flow from 0.05-5 Ampere and measure the
temperature from 0-1024°C. After the measurement at ΔT 100°C
SP184827145SA thermoelectric generator module has a value of
open voltage is 4.4V with 0.6Watt power, whereas when
arranged in series of 3 pieces is 12.4V with 1.9 Watt power
