Abstract
Kebutuhan infrastruktur pariwisata sebagai penunjang
kegiatan di wilayah studi hingga saat ini masih belum terpenuhi
secara maksimal. Untuk menunjang program geo-eco tourism
park pada Pulau Lumpur “spoil bank” diperlukan kelengkapan
infrastruktur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tersebut, namun
belum diketahui infrastruktur apa saja yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan
dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan infrastruktur yang
menunjang kegiatan wisata di pulau lumpur spoil bank.
Metode analisis yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan analisis delphi dan analisis deskriptif. Analisis
delphi berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis infrastruktur
yang menunjang kegiatan geo-eco tourism di pulau lumpur,
sedangkan analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk merumuskan
arahan penyediaan infrastruktur yang menunjang kegiatan geoeco
tourism di pulau lumpur.
Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa arahan penyediaan
infrastruktur yang didapatkan antara lain pemeliharaan terhadap
prasarana jalan raya, infrastruktur transportasi perairan dan
tanggul pembatas (jetty); pembangunan jalan papan kayu (path)
beserta pemasangan papan informasi (signage) dan tourist
information centre; pembangunan mobile BTS; pembangunan
prasarana dan utilitas ramah lingkungan berupa instalasi tangki
penyulingan air sungai siap minum, pembangkit listrik mikro
solar cell beserta lampu penerangan jalan jenis LED, pembangkit
listrik tenaga angin dan instalasi bio-toilet di pulau lumpur; penambahan trayek baru dari angkutan umum dan penambahan
kemungkinan alternatif rute baru untuk Trans Sidoarjo berupa
rute wisata geo-eco tourism; pembangunan sentra PKL pada
daratan induk dekat Dermaga Tlocor; dan pembuatan sarana
musholla menggunakan material ramah lingkungan

The need for tourism infrastructure as a support for activities at the study area up to this present time has not yet been fulfilled in maximum. In order to support the program of ‘Geo-Eco Tourism Park at the Spoiled Bank Mud Island’, a complete set of infrastructure is required pursuant to the aforesaid need. However, the kinds of infrastructure really needed are still unknown yet. The objective of this research is to determine the infrastructures supporting the tourism activities at the said ‘Spoiled Bank Mud Island’. The analytical methods applied in this research are ’Delphi Analysis’ and ‘Descriptive Analysis’. The delphi analysis serves to identify the types of infrastructure supporting the geo-eco tourism activities at the Mud Island, whereas the descriptive analysis is applied to formulate the direction in infrastructure provision supporting the Geo-Eco Tourism Activities at the Mud Island. Output of this Research is the direction in infrastructure provision obtained among others in the forms of maintenance of high way infrastructure, water transportation infrastructure and the separator embankment (jetty); the construction of board walk (path) as well as the setting up of the Information Board (signage) and the Tourist Information Center; the establishment of mobile BTS; the friendly environmental utilities and infrastructures in the forms of distilling tank installation for river water ready for drink, the solar-cell micro electric generator as well as the street
illumination lamps of LED type, the wind powered electric
generator and the bio-toilet installation at the Mud Island; the
addition of new lanes of public transportation and of possible
alternative of new lane for Trans-Sidoarjo in the form of geo-eco
tourism route; the establishment of Center of PKL (side-street
vendors) in the main land near the Tlocor Pier; and the
establishment of facility of musholla (small mosque) applying the
friendly environment materials
