Abstract
teknologi berdasarkan empat komponen utamanya yaitu technoware, humanware,
galangan kapal lainnya yaitu 0,545, PT. ASSI nilai TCC yang dihasilkan yaitu
0.412, PT. DPS nilai TCC 0.480, PT. Orela Shipyard nilai TCC 0.422 dan PT. LMI
nilai TCC 0.426.

National shipyards’ technology condition is still conventional and there has
not certain leves yet for its evaluation process which can generate directed planning
and improvement realization.
This research analyzed the technology measurement by using technometric
and Analytical Hierarchy Processes (AHP) methods, which measures the readiness
of the technology based on four main components namely technoware, humanware,
inforware and orgaware. The measurement also determines the readiness of the
Product Work Breakdown Structure (PWBS) method application, which has been
long recognized in the shipyard industry and is proven to increase the productivity.
The results of measurement technology components can be described through
Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC)’s number.
This research involves PT. Dumas Tanjung Perak Shipyard and four other
shipyards as a measure of the readiness technologically. It shows that humanware
component is the power of current technology, while technoware and inforware are
the lowest technology components. PWBS measurement result explaines that this
method is only stated to the SOP, it has not been applied yet to the production
process. The TCC PT. Dumas with other shipyards is 0.545, PT. ASSI TCC
produces 0,412, PT. DPS’s TCC is 0,480, PT. Orela Shipyard’s TCC is 0,422 and
PT. LMI TCC is 0426. These results explain that classification TCC is enough, level
of technology is semi-modern and PT. Dumas’ shipyard has a better technology
readiness than the others.
