Abstract

Motor induksi merupakan salah satu penggerak yang sering digunakan di industri. Sistem yang menggunakan motor induksi dapat beroperasi tanpa henti hingga waktu perawatan yang ditentukan. Namun, tidak menutup kemungkinan kegagalan sistem motor induksi terjadi sebelum waktu perawatan yang ditentukan. Contohnya pada sistem cable reeling pada stacker reclaimer. Magnetic coupling pada sistem ini rusak setidaknya sekali dalam satu tahun. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pengaturan torsi agar motor induksi dapat beroperasi dengan efisien dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Lalu dibuat sistem pemantauan untuk menyimpan data operasi sistem dan sistem proteksi untuk memastikan sistem beroperasi dengan aman. Sistem pemantauan, proteksi, dan pengaturan torsi motor juga dapat meningkatkan umur motor induksi pada sistem cable reeling dan mengurangi biaya perawatan motor karena berdasarkan analisis kondisi motor, perawatan prediktif dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi kemungkinan breakdown pada motor. Dengan adanya sistem pengaturan torsi, sistem cable reeling dapat beroperasi tanpa perlu mengalami breakdown setiap tahun. ===================================================================================================== Induction motors are one of many actuators that are often used in industry. Systems that use induction motors can operate continually until the scheduled maintenance time. However, it is possible for failure to happen in the induction motor system before the scheduled maintenance time. For example like in a cable reeling system of a stacker reclaimer. The magnetic coupling component of this system will break at least once a year. Therefore, a torque control system is needed so that the induction motor can operate efficiently in the long run. Then the monitoring system is created to save the operating data and protection system is created to make sure the system is operating safely Motor monitoring, protection, and torque control systems can also increase the life span of the induction motor system and reduce motor maintenance costs because based on an analysis of motor conditions, predictive maintenance can be done to reduce the possibility of motor breakdown. With torque control system, the motor can operate without having a breakdown every year.
