Abstract
PT X merupakan perusahaan yang menguasai pangsa pasar Indonesia dengan memiliki market share sebesar 53,4%. Salah satu fasilitas produksi dengan kapasitas terbesar adalah Tuban Plant. Proses krusial di dalam penentuan output produksi pada fasilitas tersebut adalah proses packing. Konsep mobile packer machine mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi apabila salah satu atau beberapa mesin packer rusak sehingga kapasitas produksi semen bag menurun. Pada penelitian ini akan dicoba untuk membandingkan dua merek packer yang telah dimiliki oleh PT X, yaitu HB dan CP untuk diterapkan pada konsep mobile packer machine. Perbandingan dilakukan menggunakan metode MCDM dengan pertimbangan kriteria finansial dan non-finansial.. Kriteria finansial akan didapatkan menggunakan metode TCO dengan indikator nilai minimum EUAC dan umur ekonomis sebagai kriteria. Kriteria non-finansial akan menjadi representasi mobilisasi sesuai dengan konsep mobile packer machine. Bobot mesin dan set-up time akan menjadi kriteria non-finansial pada permasalahan ini. Perhitungan bobot dilakukan menggunakan metode CRITIC. Dengan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kriteria nilai minimum EUAC memiliki bobot 0,579, umur ekonomis 0,203, bobot mesin 0,131, dan set-up time 0,087. Jika ditinjau dari kriteria finansial saja HB memiliki rata-rata nilai minimum UEAC yang lebih rendah dibandingkan CP yaitu sebesar Rp 726 juta dibandingkan dengan Rp 1.092 juta. Sedangkan dari umur ekonomis HB memili nilai rata-rata umur ekonomis yang lebih besar dibandingkan CP yaitu 33 tahun dibandingkan dengan 26 tahun. Berdasarkan nilai scoring yang didapatkan dari metode VIKOR dan comprehensive VIKOR jika mempertimbangkan kriteria finansial dan non-finansial maka alternatif yang paling baik juga HB. Pada penelitian ini juga akan ditampilkan bagaimana model evaluasi bisa digunakan untuk proses procurement dengan alternatif selain merek existing.

PT X is a company that controls the Indonesian market share with a market share of 53.4%. PT X will continue to make improvements and solve problems in its production facilities. One of the production facilities with the largest capacity is the Tuban Plant. The crucial process in determining the production output at the facility is the packing process. The concept of a mobile packer machine can solve the problems that occur when one or more packer machines in the packing system are damaged so that the cement bag production capacity decreases. Also besides, the mobile concept can be used as a mobile facility according to the distribution plan. This research will try to compare the two packer brands that are owned by PT X, namely HB and CP to be applied to the mobile packer machine concept. The comparisons were made using the MCDM method using financial and non-financial criteria. Financial criteria will be obtained using the TCO method with indicators of minimum EUAC value and economic age as criteria. The non-financial criteria will represent the mobilization according to the mobile packer machine concept. The machine weight and set-up time will be the non-financial criteria for this problem. The weight calculation is done using the CRITIC method. The calculation results show that the EUAC minimum value criterion weights of 0.579, an economic age of 0.203, a machine weight of 0.131, and a set-up time of 0.087. If viewed from the financial criteria alone, the HB alternative has an average minimum UEAC value that is lower than the CP alternative, which is IDR 726 million compared to IDR 1,092 million. Meanwhile, from the alternative economic ages, HB has an average value of economic age that is greater than that of CP, which is 33 years compared to 26 years. Based on the scoring value obtained from the VIKOR method and comprehensive VIKOR when considering financial and non-financial criteria, the best alternative is also the HB alternative. This research will also show how the evaluation model can be used for the procurement process with alternatives except to the existing brand.
