Abstract

Semakin bertambahnya jumlah pemakai kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia meningkatkan juga angka kecelakaan di Indonesia. Salah satu jalan tol yang marak dengan kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah Jalan Tol Cipularang di Purwakarta. Selama kurun waktu angka kecelakaan di Jalan Tol Cipularang selalu berada di tingkat yang tinggi, oleh karena itu diperlukan analisa di jalan tol tersebut untuk mengurangi angka kecelakaannya. Analisis kecelakaan Jalan Tol Cipularang pada tugas akhir ini dianalisis dengan menghitung besarnya angka kecelakaan, menghitung accident rate, menggambarkan peta Collision Diagram dan Blackspot menggunakan data kecelakaan di ruas Jalan Tol Cipularang, Purwakarta dari tahun 2015 – 2019, dan menghitung besaran nilai ekonomi akibat kecelakaan tersebut. Angka kecelakaan ditinjau dari tingkat kecelakaan, lokasi kejadian, waktu kejadian, keadaan jalan saat kejadian dan meninjau angka kecelakaan tersebut dengan metode One Way ANNOVA. Angka kecelakaan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Accident Rate. Setelah analisis dari angka kecelakaan, dilakukan analisis Black Spot di ruas jalan yang rawan kecelakaan dengan menggunakan Z-Score dan Cusum, yang kemudian digunakan untuk menggambarkan peta Black Spot dan Collision Diagram. Analisis nilai ekonomi Accident Cost akibat kecelakaan dihitung menggunakan metode The Gross Output (Human Capital). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa accident rate di ruas jalan tol Cipularang berdasarkan klasifikasi kecelakaan fatal sebesar 3,672/100 JPKP, klasifikasi kecelakaan berat sebesar 8,379/100 JPKP, dan klasifikasi kecelakaan ringan sebesar 10,890/100 JPKP. Uji hipotesis dengan One Way-ANNOVA dari program IBM SPSS 25, membuktikan bahwa bulan dan hari terjadinya kecelakaan memberikan hasil yang sama identik, tidak berpengaruh terhadap kejadian kecelakaan, sedangkan jam terjadi kecelakaan, jenis kelamin pelaku, dan kondisi cuaca saat terjadinya kecelakaan memberikan hasil berbeda nyata atau berpengaruh terhadap kejadian kecelakaan. Melalui analisis blackspot ditemukan bahwa di ruas jalan tol Cipularang, Purwakarta terdapat 13 titik Black Spot dan ruas jalan yang memiliki angka kecelakaan tertinggi di ruas jalan tol Cipularang, Purwakarta adalah ruas Jatiluhur-Batas Wilayah Kepolisian Purwakarta dengan STA 24-STA 25 sebagai ruas jalan yang memilki nilai Cusum tertinggi. Melalui metode The Gross Output (Human Capital) diperoleh besaran biaya kecelakaan selama tahun 2015-209 untuk seluruh klasifikasi kecelakaan adalah sebesar Rp. 37.392.457.988. ======================================================== The ever increase in motor vehicles in Indonesia increases the number of traffic accidents in Indonesia. One of the highways which is known for its traffic accidents is The Cipularang Highway in Purwakarta. Over the years, the number of traffic accidents in Cipularang Highway is always at a high level, because of that, an analysis of the highway is needed to decrease the number of traffic accidents occurred The Traffic Accident Analysis of Cipularang Highway on this final assignment is analyzed by calculating the magnitude of accident number, calculating the accident rate, making the Collision Diagram and Black Spot maps using the traffic accident data in Cipularang Highway, Purwakarta from 2015-2019, and calculating the economic value caused by those accidents. The accident number reviewed from the degree of accident, the location of the accident, the time of the accident, and the condition of the road at the time of the accident, and reviewing the accident number using the One Way ANNOVA method. The accident number is then analyzed using the Accident Rate method. After analyzing the accident number, Black Spot analysis is done on the part of the road which is prone to accidents using Z-Score dan Cusum, which then is used to draw Black Spot and Collision Diagram maps. The economic values analysis, Accident Cost of the accidents is calculated using The Gross Output (Human Capital) method. Analysis results show that the accident rate in Cipularang Highway based on fatal accident classification is 3,672/100 JPKP, heavy accident classification is 8,379/100 JPKP, and light accident classification is 10,890/100 JPKP. Hypothesis testing using One Way ANNOVA from the program IBM SPSS 25, proves that the month and day of the accident results in identically same, or did not affect the number of accidents, while the hour, gender of the perpetrators, and the weather condition of the accidents result in significantly different or effects the number of accidents. Based on blackspot analysis, 13 Black Spot was found and the segment of the road which has the highest accident number in Cipularang Highway is on the Jatiluhur – Borderline of the Purwakarta Police with STA 24-STA 25 as the segment which has the highest value of Cusum. Based on The Gross Output (Human Capital) method the amount of accident cost from 2015-2019 for all of the accident classification is Rp. 37.392.457.988.
