Abstract
Sebagian besar wilayah Indonesia merupakan wilayah yang memiliki tingkat kerawanan yang tinggi terhadap gempa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada berbagai kejadian gempa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir yang melanda beberapa daerah di Indonesia dan menyebabkan kerusakan berbagai sarana dan prasarana di daerahdaerah yang terkena dampak bencana tersebut. Kondisi alam ini menyebabkan perlunya pemenuhan terhadap kaidah-kaidah perencanaan/ pelaksanaan sistem struktur tahan gempa pada setiap struktur bangunan yang akan didirikan di wilayah Indonesia, khususnya struktur bangunan beton bertulang yang di bangun di wilayah dengan kerawanan (resiko) gempa menengah hingga tinggi. Hal ini bertujuan agar pada saat terjadi gempa, struktur bangunan dapat bertahan dan melindungi penghuni dari resiko bahaya gempa. Proyek apartemen ini berlokasi di Surabaya. Proyek ini memiliki ketinggian 49 lantai dan 4 lantai basement. Proyek ini menggunakan sistem ganda dengan mengkombinasikan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan Sistem Dinding Struktur Khusus (SDSK) serta metode konvensional. Pada tugas akhir terapan kali ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui cara mendesain struktur bangunan tahan gempa kategori disain sismik D dengan memperhitungkan kategori paparan akibat kondisi pantai. Tinggi apartemen semula 49 lantai dimodifikasi menjadi 10 lantai tanpa memperhitungkan peruntukan bangunan pada lantai 1 sampai 5 sebagai mall dan memperhitungkan basement serta menggunakan denah lantai 6 sampai 15. Dalam perencanaan elemen dan pendetailan penulis menggunakan ketentuan SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013 dan beberapa referensi lainnya. Hasil dari modifikasi ini meliputi ukuran balok induk 400/700mm, balok anak 300/700mm, dan kolom 700x750mm serta dinding geser 300mm dan 400mm. Kemudian hasil modifikasi desain elemen, pendetailan tulangan serta sambungan dituangkan dalam gambar teknik.

Most of Indonesia is a region that has a high level of vulnerability to earthquakes. This can be seen in various earthquake events in the last few years that hit several regions in Indonesia and caused damage to various facilities and infrastructure in areas affected by the disaster. This natural condition causes the need to fulfill the principles of planning / implementing earthquake resistant structural systems in every building structure that will be erected in the territory of Indonesia, especially reinforced concrete structures built in areas with medium to high earthquake hazard. It is intended that during an earthquake, the structure of the building can survive and protect occupants from the risk of earthquake danger. This apartment project is located in Surabaya. This project has a height of 49 floors and 4 basement floors. This project uses a dual system by combining the Special Moment Resistant Frame System (SRPMK) and the Special Structure Wall System (SDSK) as well as the conventional method. This final project is intended to find out how to design earthquake resistant building structures in the D sismic design category by taking into account the category of exposure due to coastal conditions. The height of the original apartment was 49 floors modified to 10 floors without taking into account the designation of the building on floors 1 to 5 as a mall and calculating the basement and using floor plans 6 to 15.
In planning the elements and detailed authors use the provisions of SNI 2847: 2013, SNI 1726: 2012, SNI 1727: 2013 and several other references. The results of this modification include the size of 400 / 700mm main beam, 300 / 700mm joist, and 700x750mm column and 300mm and 400mm shear wall. Then the results of modifications to the design of elements, detailed reinforcement and connections are outlined in technical drawings.
