Abstract
Peran sebuah kantor dalam kemajuan suatu perusahaan sangatlah krusial. Baik buruknya arsitektural maupun interior kantor, kadang kali menjadi standar keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam lini bisnisnya. Saat ini, sudah mulai banyak perusahaan-perusahaan yang memikirkan bentuk arsitektural dan interior dari kantor mereka sendiri.
PT. Adhi Persada Property adalah salah satu anak perusahaan dari salah satu perusahaan kontraktor BUMN di Indonesia, yaitu PT. Adhi Karya (Persero), Tbk.. PT Adhi Persada Properti adalah perusahaan pengembang properti yang telah lama bergerak pada sektor hunian, gedung komersial dan pengelolaan properti serta telah menghasilkan sejumlah gedung perkantoran, komersial, dan hunian yang berkualitas prima.
Dengan nama besar PT. Adhi Karya yang dibawa oleh PT. Adhi Persada Property, penting bagi perusahaan ini memiliki kantor yang baik, dari segi desain maupun kegunaannya. Tetapi, saat ini terdapat permasalahan-permasalahan lingkup desain di kantor PT. Adhi Persada Property ini. Salah duanya yaitu tentang pencahayaan dan penghawaan yang terjadi di interior kantor ini, juga secara sisi estetika, ada beberapa hal yang ditingkatkan di kantor PT. Adhi Persada Property ini, yaitu dari sisi kreatif dan nuansa modern
Dengan berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di interior kantor PT. Adhi Persada Property, peran Desainer Interior akan sangat penting dalam memberikan inovasi rancangan pada bangunan kantor ini dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi pengguna.
