Abstract

PTVI telah berdiri lebih dari 50 tahun untuk melakukan produksi biji nikel. Dengan umur fasilitas yang ada maka perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada aset pabrik di PTVI. Saat ini Asset Integrity adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam menunjang proses produksi. Penerapan aplikasi coating telah dilakukan secara ekstensif dalam ekeskusi proyek Asset Integrity untuk memastikan fasilitas masih dapat berfungsi untuk menunjang proses produksi. Studi yang dilakukan adalah untuk melakukan analisa umur desain dari coating protection di area industrial PTVI dengan adanya pengaruh proses produksi seperti Emisi suplhur, debu, curah hujan,dan temperatur operasi. Analisa dilakukan menggunakan metoda analisis data historikal dengan menggunakan model Causal- Regression untuk memprediksi umur rencana desain coating protection dimasing-masing area Dryer, KILN,Furnace, dan Converter. Hasil analisa teknis menunjukkan intensitas emisi SO2, stack emission, NOx, dan intensitas curah hujan memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap umur coating di area process plant. Dengan menggunakan pemodelan regresi, pengaruh varibel independen terhadap umur rencana coating di area process plant bervariasi. Dryer memiliki umur coating design sebesar 4,9 tahun, KILN memiliki umur desain coating sebesar 5,73 tahun, Furnace memiliki umur desain coating sebesar 6,23 tahun, dan Converter memiliki umur desain coating sebesar 6,73 tahun. Area Process Plant yang mengalami dampak paling besar akibat pengaruh lingkungan industrial adalah area Dryer karena posisi stack yang terkonsentrasi diarea Dryer menyebabkan umur coating diarea ini paling rendah dari area lainnya di area Process Plant ======================================================================================================================== PTVI has been established for more than 50 years to produce nickel ore. With the age of the existing facilities it is necessary to make improvements to the plant assets at PTVI. Currently Asset Integrity is one of the important factors in supporting the production process. The application of coatings has been carried out extensively in the execution of the Asset Integrity proyek to ensure facilities can still function to support the production process. The study was conducted to analyze the design life of coating protection at PTVI with the influence of production processes such as suplhur emissions, dust, rainfall, and operating temperatures using Causal – Regression model to predict coating desing lifetime in each area of Dryer, KILN, Furnace, and Converter. Technical analysis result shown the SO2 emission intensity, Stack emission, NOx emission, and Rainfall intensity has a significant effect to the coating lifetime in Process Plant area. By using regression model the independent variable influence to the coating design lifetime is varies. Dryer has the coating design lifetime of 4,9 years, KILN has the coating design lifetime of 5,73 years, Furnace has the coating design lifetime of 6,23 years, and Converter has the coating lifetime design of 6,73 years. Process plant area which having the most significant impact of industrial climate is Dryer area due to stack position located in Dryer area, causing the coating lifetime in this area is the lowest than other area in the Process Plant area.
