Abstract
PT.POMI PLTU Paiton Unit 7&8 sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi listrik di Jawa Timur. Supaya proses produksi berjalan dengan lancer maka peralatan atau mesin-mesin harus dalam keadaan prima. Conveyor system merupakan salah satu mesin pendukung produksi yaitu sebagai alat angkut batubara. Conveyor system perlu dilakukan perawatan diwaktu yang tepat. Pada penelitian ini meyajikan sistem simulasi 3D pemeliharaan peralatan pembangkit listrik, berdasarkan Autodesk Fusion360. Sistem ini tidak hanya digunakan untuk membangun menjadi 3D, tetapi dapat menganalisis static stress dan perhitungan safety factor seluruh konstruksi. Terkait sistem pemeliharannya berdasarkan standarisasi perawatan oleh pihak PT. POMI PLTU Paiton Unit 7&8, serta hal yang paling penting yaitu untuk mengoptimasi pemilihan jalur conveyor dan penentuan jadwal maintenance yang terprediksi. Penelitian ini akan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisa, tahap pengoperasian sistem sismulasi terintegrasi berbasis teknologi 3D dan penentuan jadwal maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meminimalisir terjadinya miss-scheduled dan meningkatkan ketepatan dalam eksekusi item yang bermasalah dalam menentukan maintenance. Penentuan terkait bagian conveyor yang akan di-maintenance berdasarkan nilai safety factor terendah dari hasil perancangan desain konstruksi 12 jalur conveyor, 38 part conveyor menggunakan Autodesk Fusion360. Simulasi yang digunakan ialah pengujian static stress von mises terhadap seluruh rancang desain conveyor dan memprioritas 10 conveyor dengan nilai safety factor terendah untuk diberi penanganan maintenance terlebih dahulu berdasarkan strategy preventive maintenance EPRI FMAC: Coal Handling System Maintenance Guide 1013349.

PT.POMI PLTU Paiton Unit 7 & 8 as one of the companies engaged in the field of electricity production in East Java. For the production process to run smoothly, the equipment or machinery must be in top condition. The conveyor system is one of the supporting machines for production, namely as a conveyance of coal. The conveyor system needs to be maintained at the right time. In this research, I present a 3D simulation system for maintaining power generation equipment, based on Autodesk Fusion360. This system is not only used to build into 3D, but can analyze static stress and calculate the entire safety factor of construction. Related to the maintenance system based on standardization of care by the PT. Paiton PLTU Units 7 & 8, and the most important thing is to optimize the selection of conveyor lines and the selection of a predictable maintenance schedule. This research will begin by gathering problems, collecting data, analyzing, controlling the system, managing 3D and managing maintenance schedules. The results of this study are expected to minimize approved miss-schedules in determining maintenance and become focused to maintenance execute. Parts conveyors that will be maintained are based on the lowest safety factor value from the design results of 12 conveyor lines, 38 conveyor parts use Autodesk Fusion360. The simulation used is von mises static stress testing of all conveyor design designs and prioritizes the 10 conveyors with the lowest safety factor values to obtain previously issued maintenance based on the preventive maintenance strategy EPRI FMAC: Coal Handling Maintenance Guide 1013349.
