Abstract

Bahan bakar cair dari limbah plastik polipropilena dengan ko-reaktan biodiesel dari minyak kemiri (Aleurites molluccana) dengan perbandingan volume 4 : 3 melalui konversi katalitik telah berhasil diperoleh. Fraksi hidrokarbon C7-C12 terbanyak terdapat pada bahan bakar cair hasil perengkahan katalitik selama 60 menit (F1) sebesar 80,769 %. Variasi F100 memiliki nilai densitas dan viskositas tertinggi yaitu 0,751 g/mL dan 0,482 cSt. Sedangkan titik nyala tertinggi terdapat pada F25 sebesar -10,2 °C. Nilai kalor tertinggi terdapat pada bahan bakar F10 yaitu 15,599 Mkal/kg. Nilai densitas, viskositas, titik nyala, nilai kalor pada variasi 0% premium (F100), 75% premium (F25), dan 90% premium (F10) sesuai dengan standar SNI 06-3506-1994. Efisiensi termal dan nilai RON tertinggi dimiliki oleh bahan bakar dengan penambahan 25% premium (F25) sebesar 3,25% pada pembebanan 2 kW dan nilai RON 97,7 . ====================================================================================================== Liquid fuel from polypropylene plastic waste with biodiesel co-reactant from candlenut oil (Aleurites molluccana) with a volume ratio of 4:3 through catalytic conversion has been successfully obtained. The most C7-C12 hydrocarbon fraction was found in liquid fuel resulting from catalytic cracking for 60 minutes (F1) of 80,769 %. Variant F100 has the highest density and viscosity values, namely 0,7514 g / mL and 0,482 cSt. While the highest flash point is at F25 of -10,2 °C. The highest heating value is found in F10 fuel which is 15,599 kcal / kg. Values of density, viscosity, flash point, heating value at variations of 0% premium (F100), 75% premium (F25), and 90% premium (F10) in accordance with SNI 06-3506-1994 standards. The highest thermal efficiency and RON value is owned by the fuel with the addition of 25% premium (F25) of 3,25% at 2 kW loading and the RON value of 97,7.
