Abstract
High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump (HP BFP) merupakan salah satu pompa pada feed water system yang mempunyai peranan penting untuk mensirkulasikan air dari deaerator ke Heat Recovery System Generator (HRSG) pada pembangkit listrik tenaga gas dan uap (PLTGU). Kegagalan pada pompa dapat menyebabkan temperature stress pada HRSG sehingga unit mengalami trip. Hal ini berdampak pada kerugian operasional dan berkurangnya supply listrik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan estimasi sisa umur menggunakan fungsi Mean Residual Life (MRL) dan reliabilitas HP BFP dengan mempertimbangkan faktor pemeliharan preventive sebagai pencegahan dini sebelum kegagalan terjadi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi adalah metode Bayes dengan distribusi Mixture Weibull, Exponensial, Weibull, Normal, dan Lognormal sebagai distribusi kerusakan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah reliabilitas HP BFP dengan mempertimbangkan faktor pemeliharaan sebesar 84,9% dan estimasi sisa umur HP BFP dengan mempertimbangkan faktor pemeliharaan adalah 247 hari.

High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump (HP BFP) is one of the pumps on the feed water system which has an important role to circulate water from the deaerator to the Heat Recovery System Generator (HRSG) in gas and steam power plants (PLTGU). Failure at the pump may cause temperature stress on the HRSG, thereby the unit will trip. This has an impact on operational losses and reduced electricity supply. In this study estimated the remaining life using the Mean Residual Life (MRL) function and reliability of the HP BFP by considering the recovery factor as early prevention before it occurs. The method used for estimates is Bayes’s method with the Mixture Weibull distribution, Exponential, Weibull, Normal and Lognormal as a distribution of damage. The results obtained from this study are the reliability of HP BFP by considering maintenance factors 84,9% and the estimated remaining life of HP BFP by considering the maintenance factor is 247 days.
