Abstract
Proyek pembangunan gedung perkantoran dan perkuliahan tahap IV Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya terletak di Jl. Dukuh Kupang XXV No. 54 Surabaya, merupakan salah satu bagian dari pembangunan gedung yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya. Proyek ini dibangun di atas lahan seluas 3.583 m2 yang terdiri dari 8 lantai dan 1 semibasement.
Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pad proyek ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi, dan menyusun jadwal pada masing-masing item pekerjaan. Untuk biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan brosur dan standaar harga di KOta Surabaya.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil biaya pekerjaan senilai Rp. 18.871.611.106,17 dengan waktu pelaksanaan 125 hari kalender. Perhitungan di atas merupakan perhitungan biaya khusus untuk pekerjaan beton struktur atas bangunan mulai dari lantai hingga lantai 8 bangunan.

The project construction of office and lectures building at Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya, is located at Dukuh Kupang Street XXV nO. 54 Surabaya, is one of building construction project which built by PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya contractor. The project is build in 3.583 m2 land that has total 8 floors and 1 semibasement.
The calculation of cost and time in this project is done by calculating volumes, productivity, durations, and scheduling on each work item. The calculationfor cost implementation is using the brochures and standard price in Surabaya.
Based on the result of analysis, the cost for this project is Rp. 18.871.611.106,17 with time implementation 125 days. The cost and time calculation above is specifically for concrete work on upper structure for the 1st floor to 8th floor of the building
