Abstract

Dalam mendukung upaya konservasi energi, saat ini pembangunan greenbuilding sedang marak dikembangkan. Namun saat ini masih banyak berdiri bangunan – bangunan yang didirikan sekitar 10 – 20 tahun silam saat konsep pembangunan greenbuilding masih belum diterapkan, sehingga bangunan – bangunan tersebut berpotensi menggunakan energi secara berlebih. Dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini, akan dilakukan studi kasus pada gedung perkantoran PT. P Surabaya. Gedung tersebut berdiri pada tahun 1994, dimana pada era tersebut konsep pembangunan greenbuilding masih belum diberlakukan, oleh karena itu kondisi ini memungkinkan untuk dilakukan analisa terkait konservasi energi terhadap bangunan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dilakukan evaluasi konsumsi energi dengan menghitung nilai IKE dan menganalisa sistem pendinginan dan penerangan dari bangunan tersebut. Data yang akan digunakan mengacu pada lantai 1, 3, 4, dan 12 di PT. P Surabaya sebagai sampel data. Kemudian akan dilakukan kajian terhadap rekomendasi yang akan diberikan sebagai upaya konservasi energi pada bangunan tersebut. Hasil kajian rekomendasi kemudian akan menunjukkan besar peluang penghematan energi secara teoritis apabila rekomendasi tersebut diaplikasikan pada bangunan PT. P Surabaya. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi, didapatkan nilai IKE gedung perkantoran PT. P Surabaya saat ini sebesar 34,23 kWh/m^2/bulan, dimana menurut standar nilai IKE terbaru yang diterbitkan oleh Peraturan Gubernur DKI Jakarta No.38 Tahun 2012 mengenai bangunan hijau, nilai tersebut tidak termasuk dalam kategori bagunan hijau, dengan konsumsi energi terbanyak diserap oleh sistem pendinginan sebesar 78%. Kemudian dari hasil analisa terhadap sistem penerangan didapatkan bahwa dari sampel yang dianalisa hanya terdapat 2 ruangan yang sudah memenuhi kriteria kenyamanan berdasarkan intensitas pencahayaan sesuai standar SNI 03–6197–2000, dan 1 ruangan yang belum memenuhi kriteria penghematan sesuai standar SNI 03–6197–2000. Sementara hasil analisa terhadap total beban pendinginan, didapatkan bahwa persentase beban pendinginan terbesar berasal dari beban eksternal melalui radiasi kaca sebesar 39%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang diperoleh, maka dilakukan kajian rekomendasi untuk melakukan penggantian lampu menjadi jenis LED, penggantian kaca menjadi jenis double glass, dan penambahan greenroof pada atap gedung, sehingga didapatkan total peluang biaya penghematan energi setiap tahun sebesar Rp 963.666.520. ======================================================================================================================== In supporting the energy conservation movement, green building concept is being developed nowadays. However, there are still many buildings which were built around 10 - 20 years ago when the green building concept was not yet implemented, so that these buildings have the potential to use excess energy. In this final project research, a case study will be conducted at the office building of PT. P Surabaya. The building was established in 1994, at which time the concept of green building construction was not yet enforced, therefore this condition is suitable to be analyzed, related to energy conservation of the building. An evaluation of energy consumption will be carried out by calculating the energy consumption intensitiy(IKE) value and analyzing the cooling and lighting systems of the building. The data that will be used refers to floors 1, 3, 4, and 12 at PT. P Surabaya as data sample. Then a study will be carried out on the recommendations that will be given as energy conservation efforts in the building. The results of the recommendation study will show the energy saving opportunity if the recommendation is applied to the building of PT. P Surabaya. After conducting an evaluation, the IKE value for the office building of PT. P Surabaya is currently 34,23 kWh/m^2/month, this does not suit on the value of green building energy consumption intensity according to Governor of DKI Jakarta Regulation No. 38 of 2012 regarding green building, where the largest energy consumption is absorbed by the cooling system by 78%. Based on the results of the analysis of the lighting system, found from the analyzed sample that there were only 2 rooms that has matched the comfort criteria based on the lighting intensity according to the SNI 03–6197-2000 standards, and 1 room that has not matched the saving criteria according to the SNI 03–6197-2000 standards. While the results of the analysis of the total cooling load, found that the largest percentage of cooling load came from the external loads through glass radiation by 39%. Based on the results of the evaluation obtained, a recommendation study was carried out for replacing lamps with LED types, replacing glass to double glass types, and adding greenroof to the existing roof of the building, so that the opportunity of the annual energy savings cost was Rp. 963,666,520.
