Abstract

Gedung Gunawangsa Superblock Gresik Jawa Timur merupakan gedung beton bertulang 15 lantai dengan Sistem Struktur dual system. Gedung apartement gunawangsa superblock ini memiliki luas total bangungan ± 42.900 m2 .Lokasi proyek terletak di Jl Veteran No.194 Kota Gresik. Pada tugas akhir ini direncanakan alternatif desain pada gedung apartement gunawangsa ini dengan memodifikasi gedung tanpa menggunakan shear wall dan menggantinya dengan sistem peredam/damper. Damper berfungsi meredam renspons struktur ketika gedung mengalami beban lateral. Ada banyak jenis damper , dalam tugas ini digunakan High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB) karena menyesuaikan keaadaan tanah sesuai dengan lokasi bangunan Hasil dari Standard Penetration Test (SPT) diketahui bahwa gedung dibangun di atas kelas situs tanah sedang dan termasuk dalam kategori desain sesimik D sehingga perhitungan struktur dapat menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) Dalam pemasanganan Base Isolator diharap kan bila terjadi gempa besar , Gedung tidak mengalami kerusakan, Oleh karena itu dengan menghindari terjadi sendi plastis pada SRPMK maka Gedung Apartemen Gunawangsa akan didesain menggunakan SRPMB Perencanaan dilakukan melalui 4 tahap permodelan struktur, yaitu tahap 1 permodelan kondisi eksisting bangunan SRPMK dengan shear wall, tahap 2 permodelan SRPMB dengan shear wall, tahap 3 permodelan SRPMB dan tahap 4 permodelan SRPMB dengan HDRB. Pada permodelan tahap 1 hingga 3 diberikan pembebanan gempa respons spektrum. Namun pada permodelan tahap 4 diberikan pembebanan gempa respons spektrum komposit akibat penggunaan sistem isolasi dasar. Hasil dari keempat permodelan tersebut dilakukan analisa kontrol struktur sesuai standar perencanaan. Dikarenakan tujuan Proyek Akhir untuk mengetahui pengaruh HDRB terhadap beban gempa yang tinggi (SRPMB nilai R=3), maka pada permodelan tahap 3 dan tahap 4 dilakukan perbandingan output gaya dalam untuk mengetahui reduksi yang terjadi. Tahap selanjutnya melakukan perhitungan struktur atas yang akan dijelaskan pada penggambaran teknik. Proyek akhir ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan High Damping Rubber Bearing ( HDRB ) dapat mereduksi gaya geser gaya geser dasar pada arah X 32,43% dan arah Y 33,18 % . Periode yang terjadi bertambah panjang dibanding dengan fixed based . Berdasarkan hasil analisa rasio gaya dalam, terdapat reduksi gaya aksial sebesar 37,73 %, gaya geser sebesar 29,97 %, gaya torsi sebesar 33,80 %, dan momen sebesar 36,83 % pada elemen struktur utama. Kata kunci : High Damping Rubber Bearing, SRPMK , SRPMB, Respon Spektrum , Base Isolation ========================================================================================== Gunawangsa Superblock Gresik East Java building is a 15 story reinforced concrete building with dual system structure. This superblock apartment building has a total building area of ± 42.900 m2 . The project location on Veteran 194 Gresik city. In this final project , an alternative design is planned for this Gunawangsa apartement building by modifying the building without using a shear wall and replacing it with a damper system. The damper function to reduce the response of the structure when the building experiences lateral loads. The are many types of dampers, in this final project High Damping Rubber Bearing ( HDRB) is used because it adjusts soil condition according to the building location. The results of the standart Penetration Test (SPT) show that the building is built on medium ground site class and is included in the seismic design category D so that the strucktural calculation can use the Special Moment Bearer Frame System (SRPMK). In installation base isolator , it is hope that in the event of large earthquake , the building will not be damaged. Therefore, by avoiding plastic joint in SRPMK , the Gunawangsa Apartement Building will be designed using SRPMB Planning is carried out through 4 step of structural modeling, step 1 modeling the existing condition of SRPMK buildings with shear walls, step 2 modeling SRPMB with shear walls, step 3 modeling SRPMB and step 4 modeling SRPMB with HDRB. In the modeling step 1 to 3 earthquake load response is given. However, in step 4 modeling, earthquake load response of composite spectrum is given due to the use of a basic isolation system. The results of the fourth modeling analyzes of the control structure in accordance with planning standards. Because of the goal of Final Project is to determine the effect of HDRB on high earthquake loads (SRPMB value of R = 3), the modeling of step 3 and step 4 compares the internal force output to determine the reduction. The next step is to calculate the structure of the upper and will be explained in the description of the technique This final project gets the result that with the use of High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB) can reduce that basic shear the building reaches 32.43 % and the direaction reaches 33.18 %. The period that occurred was longer than fixed based. Base on the result of internal force ratio analysis, there is a reduction of axial force of 37.73 % shear force of 29,97 % , torsion force of 33.80 % and moment of 36.83 % of the main structural elements Keywords : High Damping Rubber Bearing, SRPMK , SRPMB , Respons Spectrum , Base Isolation
