Abstract
Lembaga Pemerintahan , Organisasi, dan Perusahaan
mempunyai surat-surat tertulis yang berisi keseluruhan informasi
tentang data dari lembaga tersebut yang disebut sebagai
dokumen. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi
berdampak pada terjadinya kasus pemalsuan dokumen yang
menimbulkan kerugian material dan immaterial yang tidak
ternilai bagi instansi atau lembaga pemilik dokumen.
Berdasarkan permasalahan yang timbul, maka dibuat
mesin hot embossing kertas. Bertujuan mengurangi timbulnya
pemalsuan dokumen serta menghasilkan konsep dan rancangan
sistem yang efisien, mudah, dan berkualitas serta menyusun
standar prosedur perasional melalui perhitungan eksak.
Sehingga menjadikan mesin hot embossing kertas berbasiskan
teknologi dan otomasi.
Untuk proses hot embossing digunakan tekanan 7
Kgf/Cm2, temperatur 232,22 °C dan holding time 7 detik dengan
bahan kertas art paper 150 gr. Silinder pneumatik yang
digunakan untuk mesin ini adalah jenis silinder double acting
dengan diameter 32 mm. Hasil hot embossing pada kertas art
paper menunjukkan kertas tidak terbakar dan jelas sehingga
dapat mengurangi potensi terjadinya pemalsuan dokumen di
Indonesia

machine made paper. Aiming to reduce the incidence of
falsification of documents and produced the concept and design of
the system is efficient, convenient, and quality and to develop
standard procedures perasional through exact calculation. So that
makes the hot embossing machine paper-based technology and
automation.
For hot embossing process used pressure 7 kgf / cm2 ,
232.22 ° C and the temperature holding time 7 seconds with a 150
gr art paper material . pneumatic cylinders are used for this
machine is a kind of double acting cylinder with a diameter of 32
mm . Results hot embossing on paper art shows the paper does not
burn and clear so it can reduce the falsification of documents in
Indonesia
