Abstract

Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Parkir Kampus B Universitas Airlangga Surabaya terletak di jalan Airlangga No. 4 – 6, Gubeng, Surabaya, merupakan proyek yang dimiliki oleh Universitas Airlangga Surabaya. Gedung ini memiliki luas lahan ±3.643 m2 dan terdiri dari 9 lantai. Dalam proyek akhir ini hanya meninjau struktur bawah dan struktur atas. Proyek Pembangunan Gedung ini dikerjakan oleh PT. SASMITO.
Dalam melakukan perhitungan analisa waktu dan biaya pada pembangunan proyek ini dilakukan dengan didasarkan pada penyusunan metode pelaksanaan yang efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan teori dan ilmu dari berbagai referensi yang disebutkan dalam kepustakaan. Sehingga dengan penyusunan metode pelaksanaan yang efektif dan efisien maka waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi akan sesuai dengan penetapan jadwal yang telah ditentukan atau dapat lebih cepat. Untuk biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan peraturan dan harga yang berlaku di kota Surabaya.
Pada hasil akhir perhitungan waktu dan biaya pada proyek ini disusun dengan memadukan hasil dari network planning dan penjadwalan yang dibantu dengan software Microsoft Project sehingga dapat menghasilkan Kurva S dengan total 291 hari dan total biaya sebesar Rp64.818.211.775.

The Project for Construction of the Parking Building for Campus B, Airlangga University, Surabaya is located on Airlangga Street Number 4 - 6, Gubeng, Surabaya, is a project owned by Airlangga University Surabaya. This building has a land area of ± 3,643 m2 and consists of 9 floors. In this final project only review the lower structure and the upper structure. This building construction project was carried out by PT. SASMITO.
In calculating the time and cost analysis for the construction of this project, it is carried out based on the preparation of an effective and efficient implementation method in accordance with the theory and knowledge of various references mentioned in the literature. So that with the preparation of an effective and efficient implementation method, the construction work implementation time will be in accordance with the predetermined schedule or be faster. For implementation costs using regulations and prices in force in the city of Surabaya.
The final results of the calculation of time and costs on this project are compiled by combining the results of network planning and scheduling assisted by Microsoft Project software so that it can produce an S Curve with a total of 291 days and a total cost of IDR 64.818.211.775.
