Abstract

Proyek pembangunan Apartemen Klaska Residence Tower Azure terletak di Jalan Jagir Wonokromo No. 100, Kec. Wonokromo, Kota Surabaya, merupakan salah satu proyek yang dibangun oleh kontraktor PT. Mitralanggeng Prama Konstruksi dengan lahan seluas 28.994 m2 yang terdiri dari 41 lantai.
Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, kapasitas produksi alat yang digunakan, produktivitas tiap item pekerjaan, durasi dan penyusunan jadwal pada setiap item pekerjaan yang menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft Project dan perhitungan biaya berdasarkan standar harga di Surabaya.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil biaya pekerjaan senilai Rp30.116.126.552,- dengan waktu pelaksanaan 181 hari kalender.

The Klaska Residence Tower Azure Apartment construction project , located at Jalan Jagir Wonokromo No.100, Wonokromo District, Surabaya City, is one of the projects built by PT. Mitralanggeng Prama Construction with an area of 28,994 m2, consisting of 41 floors.
Time and cost calculations for this project are carried out by calculating the volume, production capacity of the equipment used, the productivity of each item work using the tool Microsoft Project and cost calculations based on standard prices in Surabaya.
Based on the results of the calculations that have been carried out, the results of the work costs are Rp30.116.126.552,- with a working time of 181 calendar days.
