Abstract
Pada lingkungan yang fluktuatif, organisasi ditantang dengan ketidakpastian yang berkembang baik dalam aspek ekonomi, politik, maupun sosial. Selain kondisi lingkungan yang tidak pasti, tantangan yang mengharuskan suatu organsisasi untuk tetap dapat resilien adalah krisis. Ketidakpastian dan krisis tersebut dapat mengganggu keberlangsungan organisasi. Dibalik dampak negatif tersebut, ketidakpastian dan krisis dapat menjadikan organisasi lebih adaptif terhadap risiko dan kesempatan organisasi dalam mengelola dan mengatur tenaga kerjanya agar organisasi menjadi resilien. Mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor kunci bagi Resiliensi organisasi yang menjadikan organisasi dapat menghadapi keadaan yang tidak diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, semakin banyak penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) dalam kaitannya dengan resiliensi organisasi. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai perkembangan penelitian mengenai MSDM dan kaitannya dengan resiliensi organisasi. Sehingga, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tren perkembangan, publikasi yang sering dikutip, serta hubungan antar-penelitian mengenai MSDM dalam kaitannya dengan resiliensi organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometrik berupa analisis sitasi dan ko-sitasi menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Kemudian, dilakukan analisis deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi pendekatan penelitian yang paling sering digunakan. Analisis bibliometrik dengan menggunakan aplikasi VOSviewer dilakukan karena dapat menganalisis sumber data yang luas serta dapat merepresentasikan jaringan bibliometrik dengan baik. Penelitian memberikan informasi mengenai tren perkembangan penelitian mengenai resiliensi organisasi dan MSDM serta diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi organisasi agar dapat tetap bertahan di tengah krisis dan ketidakpastian.

In a fluctuating environment, organizations are challenged by economic, political, or social uncertainty. Besides, a challenge that gets organizations to stay resilient in crisis. Uncertainty and crisis can disturb the continuity of organizations. Despite that negative impact, uncertainty and crisis can make organizations more adaptive to both risk and opportunity to organize and manage their human resource to stay resilient. Preparing human resources is the key factor to organizational resilience that makes organizations able to face unexpected conditions. Therefore, there is an increasing number of studies about human resource management (HRM) and its role to enhance organizational resilience. Thus, it is important to analyze the development of studies about human resource management and its role to enhance organizational resilience. So, this research is conducted to analyze trends and development, most-cited publication, and network-type among research about HRM and its role to enhance organizational resilience. Bibliometric analysis methods were performed using citation analysis and co-citation analysis with the help of VOSviewer software. Furthermore, descriptive analysis is carried out to determine what research approaches are often used in research. Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer is conducted because it can analyze a large dataset and is great in representing bibliometric networks. This research is expected to be able to inform about trends and developments in the research about organizational resilience and HRM. It also expected that organizations could refer so that they could stay resilient during crises and uncertainty.
