Abstract
Kinerja perusahaan saat ini telah menjadi konsep yang relevan sebagai variabel yang menentukan sukses atau tidaknya sebuah perusahaan. Kinerja manajerial merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting bagi perusahaan. Menurut Jaseh et al. (2018) kinerja manajerial merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting bagi perusahaan. Dengan meningkatnya kinerja manajerial perusahaan maka akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara umum. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan fokus untuk meningkatkan kinerja manajerial pada Perum Jasa Tirta II melalui penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG, manajemen risiko, pengendalian internal, dan keterlibatan kerja. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda pada data kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh 48 pegawai manajerial Perum Jasa Tirta II yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling ditemukan hasil bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG, manajemen risiko, dan pengendalian internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial secara parsial sedangkan keterlibatan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Today's company performance has become a relevant concept as a variable that determines the success or failure of a company. Managerial performance is one of the important factors for the company. According to Jaseh et al. (2018) managerial performance is one of the important factors for the company. By increasing the company's managerial performance, it will improve the company's performance in general. This research was conducted with a focus on improving managerial performance at Perum Jasa Tirta II through the application of GCG principles, risk management, internal control, and job involvement. By using multiple linear regression analysis on questionnaire data that has been filled in by 48 managerial employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II selected through purposive sampling, it was found that the application of GCG principles, risk management, and internal control had a significant effect on managerial performance partially while job involvement does not have a significant effect on managerial performance.
