Abstract

Pada dunia perindustrian dan pekerjaan proyek dalam bidang konstruksi maupun yang lainnya, terdapat ilmu manajemen proyek yang harus diterapkan. Manajemen proyek adalah proses merencanakan, mengorganisir, memimpin, dan mengendalikan anggota serta sumber daya pada suatu usaha untuk menghasilkan produk jasa atau hasil yang unik. Salah satu contoh manajemen proyek adalah dengan membuat jaringan kerja agar proyek berjalalan dengan lancar dan selesai sesuai dengan waktu yang telah direncanakan. Contohnya terdapat pada proyek reparasi Kapal KM Selaras mas yang menggunakan metode jalur kritis dalam membuat jaringan kerja. Dari hasil perencanaan didapatkan 23 kegiatan dan 80 pekerja selama 14 hari proyek berlangsung.

In the industrial world and project work in the construction and other fields, there is project management science that must be applied. Project management is the process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the members and resources of an enterprise to produce a unique product, service or result. One example of project management is to create a network so that the project runs smoothly and is completed according to the planned time. An example is the KM Selaras Mas Ship repair project which uses the critical path method in creating a network. From the planning results obtained 23 activities and 80 workers during the 14 days of the project.
