Abstract

Pariwisata berperan penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian suatu negara, khususnya dalam meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi dan mengurangi jumlah pengangguran suatu negara. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan. Namun Sektor Pariwisata Indonesia merupakan salah satu sektor yang sangat ter dampak akan pandemi COVID19. Pemberlakuan kondisi New Normal membuat pemerintah berencana untuk membuka kembali sektor-sektor penunjang ekonomi negara, salah satunya pariwisata. Lombok menjadi salah satu destinasi dari 5 destinasi super prioritas Pemerintah di masa pandemi COVID19. Memorable tourism experience dianggap sebagai faktor yang sangat kuat untuk mempengaruhi konsumen melakukan kunjungan kembali (revisit intention), dan mengulangi aktivitas wisata yang sama. Total 340 respon didapatkan dengan menyebar kuesioner secara online yang kemudian melalui proses penyariangan kriteria responden dan menjadi 315 data responden yang valid. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode SEM menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel Novelty dan Local Culture memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Memorable tourism experience terhadap Revisit intention pada destinasi wisata di Lombok pada masa pandemi COVID19. Sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu bahan pertimbangan bagi pelaku bisnis pariwisata di Lombok maupun di daerah lain untuk menentukan langkah yang sesuai dalam rangka pengembangan destinasi wisata.

Tourism plays an important role in improving the economy of a country, especially in increasing economic productivity and reducing the number of unemployed in a country. Indonesia is one of the countries experiencing significant development. However, the Indonesian Tourism Sector is one of the sectors that affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of the New Normal condition makes the government plan to reopen supporting sectors of the country's economy, one of which is tourism. Lombok is one of the 5 super priority destinations for the Government during the COVID19 pandemic. Memorable tourism experience is considered a very strong factor to influence consumers to make return visits (revisit intentions), and repeat the same tourism activities. A total of 340 responses were obtained by distributing online questionnaires. Then through the process of filtering respondent criteria and becoming 315 valid respondent data. Data processing is done by SEM method using SPSS and AMOS software. The results of the study found that Novelty and Local Culture variables had a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention. This study aims to determine the effect of Memorable tourism experience on revisit intentions in tourism destinations in Lombok during the COVID19 pandemic.
