Abstract
PT Petrokimia Gresik merupakan pabrik pupuk terlengkap di Indonesia, yang pada awal berdirinya disebut Proyek Petrokimia Surabaya. Kontrak pembangunannya ditandatangani pada tanggal 10 Agustus 1964, dan mulai berlaku pada tanggal 8 Desember 1964. Proyek ini diresmikan oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia, HM. Soeharto pada tanggal 10 Juli 1972, yang kemudian tanggal tersebut ditetapkan sebagai hari jadi PT Petrokimia Gresik.
PT Petrokimia Gresik saat ini menempati areal lebih dari 450 hektar di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur. Total produksi saat ini mencapai 8,9 juta ton/tahun, terdiri dari produk pupuk sebesar 5 (lima) juta ton/tahun, dan produk non pupuk sebanyak 3,9 juta ton/tahun. Anak perusahaan PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) ini bertransformasi menuju perusahaan solusi agroindustri untuk mendukung tercapainya program ketahanan pangan nasional, dan kemajuan dunia pertanian.
Setelah melakukan kegiatan studi lapangan, tahap selanjutnya adalah tinjauan dasar teori yang bertujuan untuk menggali informasi yang dapat mendukung penyusunan laporan, baik dari buku, jurnal, tugas akhir, maupun penelitian-penelitian lainnya. Adapun tinjauan dasar teori yang dilakukan adalah mengenai manajemen perawatan, definisi perawatan, tujuan perawatan, jenis perawatan, dan istilah yang digunakan dalam perawatan. Dari data daily monitoring bulan Maret 2020 didapatkan sebuah permasalahan yang dapat dilakukan identifikasi permasalahan Flow yang turun dan Amper naik pada saaat running sulphur burnerr feed pump(30P1004AB)
2. Keruskan terjadinya Flow turun dan Amper naik pada pompa P-1004 dapat dilakukan kegiatan perbaikan berupa Pengecekan Alignment, Pengecekan Flow turun, pengecekan amper naik, Reposisi. Kegiatan tersebut dapat menjadi solusi perbaikan sebelum menggantinya dengan komponen baru. Hal tersebut dimaksudkan agar kegiatan perawatan dapat dilakukan dengan efektif dan efisien.

PT Petrokimia Gresik is the most complete fertilizer factory in Indonesia, which at its inception was called the Surabaya Petrokimia Project. The construction contract was signed on August 10, 1964, and entered into force on December 8, 1964. The project was inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, HM. Suharto on July 10, 1972, which was later determined as the anniversary of PT Petrokimia Gresik.
PT Petrokimia Gresik currently occupies an area of more than 450 hectares in Gresik Regency, East Java. Total production currently reaches 8.9 million tons/year, consisting of fertilizer products of 5 (five) million tons/year, and non-fertilizer products of 3.9 million tons/year. This subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) is transforming into an agro-industry solution company to support the achievement of the national food security program, and the advancement of the agricultural world.
After conducting field studies, the next stage is a review of the theoretical basis which aims to explore information that can support the preparation of reports, both from books, journals, final assignments, and other studies. The basic review of the theory carried out is regarding treatment management, treatment definitions, treatment goals, types of care, and terms used in treatment. From the daily monitoring data for March 2020, we found a problem that can be identified with the problem of falling Flow and increasing Amperage when running the sulfur burner feed pump (30P1004AB)
2. Damage to the occurrence of Flow down and Amperage up on the P-1004 pump can be carried out repair activities in the form of Alignment Checking, Flow Checking down, checking amperage up, Repositioning. This activity can be a repair solution before replacing it with a new component. It is intended that maintenance activities can be carried out effectively and efficiently.
