Abstract

Mesin Pencuci dan Pemotong Porang merupakan alat kombinasi untuk memudahkan petani porang dalam pengerjaan pemuatan chip porang serta meningkatkan pendapatan para petani porang. Sehingga dibuatkahlah alat Pencuci dan Pemotong Porang dengan dimensi keseluruhan 1750 x 1900 mm, dimana mesin pencuci dan pemotong porang didesain agar mudah dilepas dan dipasang agar memudahkan untuk dibawa kemana – mana menggunakan bak pick up atau yang lainnya.
Berdasarkan analisa didapatkan hasil untuk rangka nilai
teganganperhitungan sebesar 4,988 MPa pada Sesi 1, 5,1 MPa
pada Sesi 2, 2,58 MPa pada Sesi 3, 4,98 MPa pada Sesi 4 . Nilai tegangan dinyatakan aman karena lebih kecil dari nilai yieldstrength material sebesar 248 N/mm2, Untuk rangka nilai defleksi perhitungan sebesar 0.016547 mm.
Defleksi dinyatakan aman karena lebih kecil dari nilai syarat defleksi sebesar 5 mm dan pada angka tersebut defleksi berada pada warna Hijau sehingga dapat dikatakan aman serta tidak melebihi defleksi maksimum. Dan Berdasarkan Desain dari pemotong , diharapkan mampu memotong sesuai dengan ketebalan yang diinginkan, serta sistem pendorong dapat mampu bekerja mendorong porang dengan baik.

Porang Washing and Cutting Machine is a combination tool
to facilitate porang farmers in loading porang chips and increase the income of porang farmers. So that the Porang washer and cutter was made with an overall dimension of 1750 x 1900 mm, where the washing machine and porang cutter were designed to be easily removed and installed to make it easier to carry anywhere using a pick-up tub or something else.
Based on the analysis, the results for the framework of the calculated stress values are 4.988 MPa in Session 1, 5.1 MPa in Session 2, 2.58 MPa in Session 3, 4.98 MPa in Session 4. The stress value is declared safe because it is smaller than the material yield strength value of 248 N/mm2, for the framework the calculated deflection value is 0.016547 mm.
The deflection is declared safe because it is smaller than the value of the deflection requirement of 5 mm and at that number the deflection is in Green color so it can be said to be safe and does not exceed the maximum deflection. And based on the design of the cutter, it is expected to be able to cut according to the desired
thickness, and the pusher system can work well to push the porang.
