Abstract

Berkembangnya proyek infrastruktur sipil berskala besar di Indonesia membutuhkan teknik perhitungan estimasi waktu dan biaya yang efektif dan efisien. Agar proyek dapat diselesaikan pada kontrak waktu yang telah disepakati.
Penyusunan proposal akhir ini berdasarkan data proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Semarang – Demak Paket 2 Akses Sayung STA 0+438,610 s/d 1+158,252. Dengan kondisi tanah berupa tambak sehingga digunakan struktur pile on slab dengan tipe slab berupa fullslab pracetak dengan total 92 baris pile head. Dan terdapat struktur jembatan I girder pracetak dengan bentang jembatan 36,7 m yang melintasi area sungai gonyol. Banyaknya variasi item struktur pekerjaan maka diperlukan rencana manajemen konstruksi yang baik. Mulai dari kebutuhan total biaya yang diperlukan di setiap item pekerjaan dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proyek tersebut. Dalam perencanaan dibantu menggunakan Microsoft Project dalam proses penjadwalan dengan hasil akhir berupa bar chart dan kurva S.
Dari analisa perhitungan, didapatkan hasil estimasi durasi pelaksanaan proyek yaitu 215 hari dengan biaya yang diperlukan sebesar Rp 150.777.683.379.

The development of large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Indonesia requires effective and efficient time and cost estimation techniques. So that the project can be completed on the agreed time contract.
The preparation of this final proposal is based on data from the Semarang – Demak Toll Road Development Package 2 Access Sayung STA 0+438,610 to 1+158,252. With the soil condition in the form of a pond, a pile on slab structure is used with the slab type in the form of a precast full slab with a total of 92 rows of pile heads. And there is a precast I girder bridge structure with a bridge span of 36.7 m that crosses the gonyol river area. The large variety of work structure items requires a good construction management plan. Starting from the total cost required for each work item and the time required to complete the project. In planning assisted using Microsoft Project in the scheduling process with the final result in the form of a bar chart and an S curve.
From the calculation analysis, the estimated duration of the project is 215 days with the required cost of Rp. 150,777,683,379.
