Abstract

Pembuatan proyek akhir dengan judul Perhitungan Estimasi Waktu Dan Biaya Pembangunan Jalan Tol Semarang – Demak ini berada di Demak. Perhitungan pada proyek akhir ini dimulai dari STA 10+580 - STA 15+630. Jalan Tol ini dibangun dengan struktur elevated road dan menggunakan struktur pileslab. Dengan konstruksi dan struktur ini dibutuhkan rencana manajemen konstruksi yang benar-benar matang. Rencana Manajemen tersebut mencakup waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam pengerjaannya. Pemilihan metode yang tepat juda berguna untuk efisiensi pengerjaan dalam proyek. Penjadwalan yang direncanakan disini disusun menggunakan aplikasi MS Project dan dengan output Kurva S serta Barchart.

The development of large-scale civil infrastructure projects in
Indonesia requires effective and efficient time and cost estimation
techniques. So that the project can be completed on the agreed time
contract.
The preparation of this final proposal is based on data from the
Semarang – Demak Toll Road Development Package 2 Access Sayung
STA 0+438,610 to 1+158,252. With the soil condition in the form of a
pond, a pile on slab structure is used with the slab type in the form of a
precast full slab with a total of 92 rows of pile heads. And there is a precast
I girder bridge structure with a bridge span of 36.7 m that crosses the
gonyol river area. The large variety of work structure items requires a
good construction management plan. Starting from the total cost required
for each work item and the time required to complete the project. In
planning assisted using Microsoft Project in the scheduling process with
the final result in the form of a bar chart and an S curve.
From the calculation analysis, the estimated duration of the project
is 215 days with the required cost of Rp. 150,777,683,379.
