Abstract
ABSTRAK
Sumber daya merupakan hal paling utama di dalam mendukung terlaksananya kegiatan proyek dengan baik, sumber daya di dalam proyek terdiri dari manusia, mesin, atau peralatan, bahan yang digunakan, biaya,serta metode pengerjaan. Manajemen konstruksi merupakan segala hal yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pengerjaan proyek yang perlu dirancang dan disusun sedemikian rupa berdasarkan sebuah konsep estimasi yang terstruktur sehingga menghasilkan nilai estimasi rancangan yang tepat baik dari segi ekonomi maupun efisiensi waktu. Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur pada proyek pembangunan Gedung sanggala Jakarta Selatan. Proyek ini terdiri dari 2 tower, tower office dan tower hotel, dengan Bangunan ini berdiri diatas tanah dengan luas tanah sebesar 2999,43 m2. Perhitungan dilakukan untuk memperoleh waktu dan biaya yang efisien.
Perhitungan ini menggunakan metode cast in situ dan membagi pekerjaan menjadi 2 zona. Zona pertama merupakan area office dan zona kedua merupakan area hotel. Dalam perhitungan ini, terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu dihitung serta dianalisa meliputi penentuan item pekerjaan, penentuan metode pelaksanaan, perhitungan volume, perhitungan produktivitas, perhitungan durasi, serta perhitungan biaya.
Pada perhitungan waktu menggunakan bantuan Microsoft project 2013 didapatkan durasi pembangunan 500 hari, sedangkan pada perhitungan biaya didapatkan biaya sebesar Rp 235,459,594,724.64

Resources are the most important thing in supporting the implementation of project activities properly, the resources in the project consist of humans, machines, or equipment, materials used, costs, and work methods. Construction management is all things that related to the implementation of project work that need to be designed and arranged based on a structured estimation concept so could produce an accurate design estimate value both in terms of economy and time efficiency This final project discusses the calculation of the time and cost of implementing structural work on the Sanggala Building construction project, South Jakarta. This project consists of 2 towers, an office tower and a hotel tower, with a building area of 2999,43 m2 Sanggala building.
Calculations are aims out to obtain efficient time and costs. This calculation uses the cast in situ method and divides the work into 2 zones. The first zone is the office area and the second zone is the hotel area. In this calculation, there are several things that need to be calculated and analyzed including determining work items, determining implementation methods, calculating volumes, calculating productivity, calculating durations, and calculating costs.
In calculating the time using the help of Microsoft Project 2013 shown the result of the duration is 380 days, while in the calculation of costs, shown the cost is Rp 235,459,594,724.64
