Abstract

Penyusunan Proyek Akhir yang berjudul “Perhitungan Waktu dan Biaya Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Gedung Perpustakaan Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Surabaya” ini disusun berdasarkan proyek pembangunan Gedung Perpustakaan Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Surabaya. Gedung ini berlokasi di Jl. Pucang Jajar Tengah no. 56, Kertajaya, Kecamatan Gubeng, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Gedung yang tengah dibangun ini merupakan Gedung Perpustakaan Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Surabaya. Gedung ini merupakan gedung dengan rangka beton insitu yang memiliki 8 lantai.
Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksaan proyek dilakukan dengan cara menyusun urutan item item pekerjaan, menghitung volume tiap item pekerjaan, menghitung produktivitas alat berat dan pekerja, menghitung estimasi durasi pekerjaan, serta menyusun jadwal masing – masing pekerjaan. Perhitungan ini meliputi pekerjaan struktur beton menggunakan metode pengecoran in – situ yaitu berupa pekerjaan pile cap, tie beam, kolom, balok, pelat lantai dan tangga.
Biaya pelaksanaan proyek dihitung berdasarkan analisa di analisa di lapangan melalui survey harga standar di Surabaya, HSPK Kota Surabaya Tahun 2018 yang telah disesuaikan dengan inflasi BI hingga tahun 2021, dan beberapa literatur atau brosur harga alat. Waktu Pelaksanaan dihitung berdasarkan metode pelaksanaan yang telah direncanakan, analisa mengenai kapasitas produksi, produktivitas dan perhitungan durasi pekerjaan. Penyusunan jadwal tiap item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan bantuan software Microsoft Project.
Hasil akhir pada tugas akhir ini adalah rekapitulasi biaya, metode pelaksanaan yang direncanakan, durasi pelaksanaan proyek dan kurva S.
Dari hasil analisa, didapatkan durasi pekerjaan selama 140 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp8.094.970.548,85.

The final project, entitled "Calculating the Time and Cost of the Construction of the Surabaya Ministry of Health Polytechnic Library Building" was compiled based on the construction project of the Surabaya Ministry of Health Polytechnic Library Building. This building is located on Jl. Pucang Jajar Tengah no. 56, Kertajaya, Gubeng District, Surabaya City, East Java. The building that is being built is the Health Polytechnic Library Building of the Ministry of Health Surabaya. This building is a building with an in situ concrete frame which has 8 floors.
The calculation of project implementation time and costs is done by arranging a sequence of work items, calculating the volume of each work item, calculating the productivity of heavy equipment and workers, calculating the estimated duration of work, and compiling a schedule for each job. This calculation includes the work of concrete structures using the in-situ casting method, namely in the form of pile caps, tie beams, columns, beams, floor plates and stairs.
Project implementation costs are calculated based on analysis in the field through a standard price survey in Surabaya, Surabaya City HSPK 2018 which has been adjusted for BI inflation until 2020, and some literature or tool price brochures. Implementation time is calculated based on the planned implementation method, analysis of production capacity, productivity and calculation of work duration. The preparation of the schedule for each work item is done with the help of Microsoft Project software.
The final result in this final project is a recapitulation of costs, planned implementation methods, project implementation duration and S curve.
The result of analysis is the cost for this project is Rp Rp8.094.970.548,85 with time implementation 140 days.
