Abstract
Pada pembangunan Jalan Tol Kayu Agung – Palembang – Betung. Paket 2 STA 33+500 – STA 52+200. Yang dikerjakan oleh PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Lokasi pelaksanaan proyek terletak pada Kabupaten Banyuasin. Pelaksanaan proyek ini dijadwalkan selama 50 bulan dimulai pada bulan Januari 2017 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2021. Namun mengalami keterlambatan sejak bulan Januari 2020. Sehingga untuk mempercepat pelaksanaan perlu dilakukan analisa percepatan menggunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO). Dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir ini tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan waktu aktivitas dan biaya yang seminimal mungkin dan dilain sisi harus diperhatikan pula bahwa penekanan waktu aktivitas tersebut dilakukan pada aktivitas-aktivitas yang berada pada lintasan kritis dan mempunyai cost slope terendah pada aktivitas yang berada pada lintasan kritis tersebut. Metodologi yang akan dipergunakan dalam melakukan percepatan ini adalah identifikasi aktivitas sisa pekerjaan, penyusunan Network Diagram, menentukan scenario crashing, menentukan crash duration dan crash cost, menghitung cost slope, dan melakukan tahap iterasi. Dari hasil analisa menggunakan TCTO diperoleh hasil bahwa Biaya total semula untuk aktivitas sisa pada proyek ini adalah sebesar Rp 125.781.696.644,16. setelah dilakukan percepatan menjadi Rp. 139,371,787,624.67 dengan selisih Rp . 13,590,090,980.51 kemudian durasi proyek ini dapat dipercepat menjadi 222 hari yang artinya dilakukan percepatan sebesar 119 hari dari normal durasi 341 hari dengan menambah jumlah alat berat, jam lembur, dan pekerja pada aktivitas pekerjaan yang berada dilintasan kritis.

In the construction of the Kayu Agung – Palembang – Betung
Toll Road. Package 2 STA 33+500 – STA 52+200. What is done
by PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The project implementation
location is located in Banyuasin Regency. The implementation of
this project is scheduled for 50 months starting in January 2017
until March 2021. However, it has been delayed since January
2020. So to speed up the implementation it is necessary to
conduct an acceleration analysis using the Time Cost Trade Off
(TCTO) method.
In completing this final project, the aim of the research is to
get the activity time and cost as minimal as possible and on the
other hand it must also be noted that the emphasis of the time on
these activities is carried out on activities that are on the critical
path and have the lowest cost slope on activities that are on the
critical path. . The methodology that will be used in carrying out
this acceleration is identification of remaining work activities,
preparation of Network Diagrams, determining crashing
scenarios, determining crash duration and crash costs,
calculating cost slopes, and carrying out the iteration stage.
From the results of the analysis using TCTO, it is found that
the original total cost for the remaining activities in this project is
Rp. 125,781,696,644.16. after being accelerated to Rp.
139,371,787,624.67 with a difference of Rp. 13,590,090,980.51
then the duration of this project can be accelerated to 222 days,
which means an acceleration of 119 days from the normal
duration of 341 days by increasing the number of heavy
equipment, overtime hours, and workers on work activities that
are on a critical path.
