Abstract
Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMKK) adalah menjamin terwujudnya keselamatan konstruksi dan pengendalian risiko K3. SMKK sangat penting karena masih sering terjadi kecelakaan konstruksi di Indonesia. Penyusunan SMKK menggunakan Pedomaan Peraturan Menteri PUPR No. 10/PRT/M/2021. Pada Proyek Akhir ini penulis merencanakan SMKK pada Pembangunan Gedung AEFG Kampus II UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya
Pada tahap identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko penulis menggunakan metode HIRARC (HazardI dentification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control). HIRARC merupakan proses mengidentifikasi bahaya, mengukur, mengevaluasi risiko yang muncul dari sebuah bahaya, lalu menghitung kecukupan dari tindakan pengendalian yang ada dan memutuskan apakah risiko yang ada dapat diterima atau tidak. Kemudian dihitunglah rancangan anggaran biaya penyelenggaraan tersebut. Diharapkan Proyek Akhir Terapan ini dapat mendapatkan peningkatan kewaspadaan, kesehatan, serta keselamatan dalam bekerja.
Hasil dari proyek akhir ini terdapat 243 potensi bahaya yang teridentifikasi diantaranya tergolong bahaya risiko kecil 21 bahaya, risiko sedang 208 bahaya, dan risiko tinggi 14 bahaya. Untuk nilai biaya penyelenggaraan sistem manajemen keselamatan konstruksi adalah sebesar Rp. 115,520.000,00.

The Occupational Health and Safety Management System is to ensure the realization of construction safety in Indonesia. The preparation of OHSAS uses the Guidelines for thr Minister of PUPR Regulation Number 10/PRT/M/2021. In this final project the author plans a SMKK on the author plans a OHSAS on the construction of the AEFG Building Campus II UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya
At the stage of hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control, the authors use the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. HIRARC is the process of identifying hazards, measuring, evaluating risks arising from a hazard, then calculating the adequacy of existing control measures and deciding whether the existing risks are acceptable or not. Then the budget plan for the implementation is calculated. It is hoped that this Applied Final Project can get an increase in alertness, health, and safety at work.
The results of this final project there are 243 identified potential hazards including small risk 21 hazards, moderate risk 208 hazards, and high risk 14 hazards. For the value of the cost of implementing a construction safety management system is Rp. 115,520,000.00.
