Abstract

The social restriction policy is carried out to suppress the spread and transmission of COVID-19 by urging the public to carry out their activities such as going to school, worshiping, and working at home. To comply with the government regulation, hospitals are replacing some of their physical care with digital technology through telemedicine. Of course there are differences in the form of service between conventional services and all-digital telemedicine. This new service in digital form is expected to affect people's interest in returning to conventional health care facilities, or vice versa, people are not interested in using telemedicine. The purpose of this study is to describe the demographics of people who choose to seek treatment at a health center during the COVID-19 pandemic and to find out the factors that influence the community's continuance intention to seek treatment at the health center using the SEM-PLS method. The object of research is aimed at the people of Ponorogo Regency who know or have done outpatient treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic to health center and telemedicine. The factors that are thought to influence the community's continuance intention are value, quality, and patient satisfaction with health center services. Service quality is an exogenous latent variable, while value, satisfaction, and continuance intention are endogenous latent variables. The results of the analysis show that the quality variable affects the value and satisfaction of the community. The satisfaction variable affects continuance intention. So it can be concluded that health center need to always pay attention to the quality of their services in order to maintain value and provide satisfaction to patients so that they have an interest in returning to the health center for treatment.
