Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh variasi pH pelarut HCl pada sintesis barium M-heksaferrit dengan doping Zn ( BaFen jZnn tOiv) menggunakan metode kopresipitasi. Metode kopresipitasi sederhana dilakukan untuk mensintesis serbuk barium M-heksaferrit BaFeu fZn0,£)]9. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan mengontrol pH HCl dengan variasi nilai pH - 1 ; 2; 3; 4 dan dilakukan drying dengan T =80°C dan dikalsinasi pada T = 150°C. Proses heat treatmant tersebut di holding time selama 4 jam. Serbuk barium M-heksaferrit BaFen fZnofiOig dikarakterisasi dengan DSC/TGA, XRD, SEM, dan VSM. Fasa barium M-hexaferrite BaFeufZnotOig terbesar terdapat pada nilai pH= l pada temperatur kalsinasi 150 °C selama 4 jam sebesar 83 , 98% mempunyai nilai koersivitas ( He) sebesar 0,0178T, magnetisasi remanensi sebesar 3, 113 emu/gram dan magnetisasi saturasi (Ms) maksimum sebesar 25 ,50 emu/gram. Gambaran foto SEM -EDX dari prekursor BaFenjZnojOig pada temperatur kalsinasi 150oC memperlihatkan bahwa elemen dari barium M-heksaferrit adalah Ba, Fe, Zn, O dan ukuran partikelnya adalah 1 pm serta ukuran kristal adalah 38,202nm.

The research has been done influences of variation pH Solvent HCI on the synthesis of barium M-hexaferrite with doping Zn (BaFenjZn^ fiOig) by co-presipitation method. A simple coprecipitation method is used for the synthesis of barium Mhexaferrite ( BaFeufZn0,6Oi 9) powder. This Experiment is done with control pH solvent HCI with variation = 1; 2; 3, 4, drying performed with T =80 and calcined at T =150 with holding time for 4 hours. Powdered barium M-hexaferrite (BaFeujZn0,6O ,9) characterized by DSC / TGA, XRD, SEM, and VSM. The higest barium M-hexaferrite( BaFeu fZno,60i9) phase is at pH=l at the calcination temperature 150 *£ as high as 83, 98%, it has coercivity (He) as high as 0,018 T, remanent magnetization( Mr) is 3,113 emu/gram and saturation magnetization (Ms) is 25.50 emu/g. SEM-EDX photographs of precursor BaFeu fZn0, iOt 9 at the calcination temperature 150 *C shows the element of barium M-hexaferrite are Ba, Fe, Zn, and O and particle size is 1 pm and crystal size is 38.202 nm.
