Abstract

Di Kota Solo jumlah kendaraan pribadi mencapai 747.000 unit dan mayoritas merupakan kendaraan roda dua dengan jumlah mencapai 400.000 unit, Sedangkan total kendaraan yang melintasi Kota Solo baik dari luar maupun dalam mencapai 1,5 juta unit per hari (Hari Prihatno, 2019). Oleh karena itu, kondisi lalu lintas di kota Solo semakin bertambah padat dan macet dikarenakan banyaknya pengendara kendaraan bermotor maupun pengemudi angkutan umum yang lalu lalang di jalan raya. Kepadatan arus kendaraan sangat terlihat pada jam-jam puncak kesibukan seperti pagi dan sore. Pada jam-jam tersebut, terutama hari kerja, biasanya banyak kendaraan bermotor maupun sepeda dari arah Gemolong (Purwodadi) yang cukup padat pada pagi hari masuk Solo melalui persimpangan itu, dan arah sebaliknya pada sore hari. Proyek Pembangunan Jalur Kereta Api Elevated Solo Balapan – Kadipiro KM 104+700 s.d. KM 107+000 berlokasi di Kawasan Simpang Joglo, Kota Surakarta. Infrastruktur ini direncanakan untuk mengatasi kemacetan pada Simpang Joglo yang menjadi titik temu 7 jalan. Pekerjaan Pembangunan Jalur Kereta Api Elevated Solo Balapan – Kadipiro KM 104+700 s.d. KM 107+000 dikerjakan oleh Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO) antara PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk dengan PT. Bhakti Karya Utama. Tahapan pekerjaan pada proyek meliputi pekerjaan pembebasan lahan, pekerjaan umum, pekerjaan sipil, pekerjaan track, dan pekerjaan jembatan. Pekerjaan detour track direncanakan sepanjang 1825 meter dari KM 104+988 sampai dengan KM 106+814. Struktur jembatan direncanakan dimulai dari KM 105+772 sampai dengan KM 105+499, dengan panjang total 272,8 meter yang ditumpu oleh 4 pier dengan struktur pondasi bored pile. Struktur jembatan direncanakan sebagai jembatan rangka pipa baja dengan gelagar melintang baja hollow dan gelagar memanjang baja profil WF. 1.2

Solo Balapan Elevated Railroad Development Project – Kadipiro KM 104+700 s.d. KM 107+000 is located in the Joglo Simpang Area, Surakarta City. This infrastructure planned to overcome congestion at the Joglo Intersection which is the meeting point of 7 roads. The construction of the Solo Balapan Elevated Railroad Line – Kadipiro KM 104+700 s.d. KM 107+000 was carried out by a Joint Operation (KSO) between PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk with PT. Main Work Devotion. The stages of work on the project include land acquisition works, public works, civil works, track works, and works bridge. Detour track work is planned for 1825 meters from KM 104 + 988 up to KM 106+814. The bridge structure is planned to start from KM 105+772 up to KM 105+499, with a total length of 272.8 meters supported by 4 piers 2 with bored pile foundation structure. The bridge structure is planned as a truss bridge steel pipe with hollow steel transverse girders and WF profile steel longitudinal girders. 1.2
