Abstract

Sektor Industri merupakan sektor yang memiliki peran penting terhadap jalannya roda perekonomian di Indonesia. Salah satunya ialah Kawasan Industri MM2100 yang terletak di kabupaten Bekasi dengan tingkat kegiatan industri yang berkembang sangat pesat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan adanya kurang lebih 3000 pabrik yang berasal dari 30 negara berlokasi di kawasan dengan luas area sekitar 805 hektar tersebut. Kawasan Industri MM2100 dibangun dan dikelola oleh PT Megalopolis Manunggal Industrial Development yang merupakan kerja sama antara Marubeni Corporation dari Jepang dan Argo Manunggal Group dari Indonesia. Kawasan ini terletak di lokasi strategis yaitu berada di samping jalan tol Jakarta-Cikampek yang terhubung dengan jalan tol JORR (Jakarta Outer Ring Road), KM 24 di Kecamatan Cikarang Barat, Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Untuk membantu dan menyokong sektor Industri terutama di Kawasan Industri MM2100, dibutuhkan kemudahan aksesibilitas yang terintegrasi dalam mencapai kawasan tersebut. Hal ini dapat terlihat dengan adanya upaya pemerintah berupa pembangunan Jalan Tol Cimanggis-Cibitung. Pembangunan Jalan Tol ini merupakan salah satu upaya memperlancar arus lalu lintas di area Jabodetabek, yang melewati Kota Depok, Kota Bekasi, Kabupaten Bogor, dan Kabupaten Bekasi. Diharapkan kehadiran jalan tol yang terhubung dengan kawasan-kawasan produktif ini akan dapat mengurangi biaya logistik dan meningkatkan daya saing investasi. Selama melaksanakan kerja praktek, banyak sekali pekerjaan yang telah diikuti seperti pekerjaan perbaikan tanah, pekerjaan rigid pavement, pekerjaan stressing girder, pekerjaan grouting pump, dan yang ditinjau dalam laporan ini yaitu pekerjaan erection girder menggunakan launcher gantry. Setelah menjalani kerja praktek selama 2 bulan atau kurang lebih 60 hari kerja pada proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Elevated Cimanggis-Cibitung Seksi 2 Zona 2, sangat banyak ilmu yang dapat kami serap dalam lingkup ketekniksipilan terutama saat pekerjaan Erection Girder menggunakan metode Launcher Gantry karena pekerjaan Erection ini tidak terdapat di dalam perkuliahan sehingga kami mendapatkan pengalaman baru. Kami berterimakasih kepada seluruh pekerja karena telah diberi kesempatan dalam bekerja langsung di lapangan. Hal ini tentunya sangat berguna bagi kami untuk melengkapi wawasan atau teori yang telah kami dapatkan di bangku perkuliahan.

The industrial sector is a sector that has an important role in the running of the economy in Indonesia. One of them is the MM2100 Industrial Area which is located in Bekasi district with a very fast level of industrial activity. This can be seen by the presence of approximately 3,000 factories originating from 30 countries located in the area with an area of around 805 hectares. The MM2100 Industrial Estate was built and managed by PT Megalopolis Manunggal Industrial Development which is a collaboration between Marubeni Corporation from Japan and Argo Manunggal Group from Indonesia. This area is located in a strategic location, which is next to the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road which is connected to the JORR (Jakarta Outer Ring Road) toll road, KM 24 in West Cikarang District, Bekasi, West Java. To help and support the industrial sector, especially in the MM2100 Industrial Area, integrated accessibility is needed to reach the area. This can be seen from the government's efforts in the form of the construction of the Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road. The construction of this toll road is one of the efforts to expedite traffic flow in the Jabodetabek area, which passes through Depok City, Bekasi City, Bogor Regency and Bekasi Regency. It is hoped that the presence of toll roads connected to these productive areas will be able to reduce logistics costs and increase investment competitiveness. During the practical work, a lot of work has been carried out, such as soil improvement work, rigid pavement work, stressing girder work, grouting pump work, and what is reviewed in this report is erection girder work using a gantry launcher. After undergoing practical work for 2 months or approximately 60 working days on the Elevated Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road Section 2 Zone 2 Development project, we can absorb a lot of knowledge within the scope of civil engineering, especially during the Erection Girder work using the Launcher Gantry method because this Erection work not found in lectures so we get new experiences. We thank all workers for being given the opportunity to work directly in the field. This is of course very useful for us to complement the insights or theories that we have obtained in lectures.
