Abstract

Proyek Rekonstruksi Terminal Wani Civil Work (CW) Sea Port 2: Works for Rconstruction of Wani Port merupakan salah satu proyek rekonstruksi pelabuhan yang berada di Palu, Sulawesi Tengah pasca bencana gempa bumi, tsunami, dan likuifaksi. Penulis mendapatkan kesempatan magang terhitung mulai 1 September 2022 - 31 Desember 2022. Selama proses magang berlangsung penulis mendapat kesempatan untuk mengetahui lingkup pekerjaan yang dilakukan proyek antara lain pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan pembongkaran struktur eksisting, pekerjaan rehabilitasi bangunan eksisting, pekerjan pengurugan, timbunan, dan talud, pekerjaan rehabilitasi fasilitas darat, pekerjaan pengamanan dan pemantauan sosial lingkungan (ESMP) selama masa konstruksi. Penulis mendapatkan pengalaman untuk membuat shop drawing, mengerjakan addendum, menghitung pekerjaan untuk progress, melakukan opname pekerjaan aktual, membuat progress mingguan, membuat weekly report, ppt weekly meeting, dan
mounthly report, serta monitoring administrasi engineering.

Civil Work (CW) Sea Port 2: Works for Rconstruction of Wani Port is one of the port reconstruction projects in Palu, Central Sulawesi after the earthquake, tsunami, and liquefaction disaster. During the internship process, the author had the opportunity to find out the scope of work carried out by the project, including preparatory work, demolition work of existing structures, rehabilitation work of existing buildings, construction work, stockpiles, and talud, rehabilitation work of land facilities, security work and social environmental monitoring (ESMP). The author gained experience to make shop drawings, addendums, calculate work for progress, make weekly progress, make weekly reports, ppt weekly meetings, mounthly report, as well as monitoring engineering administration.
