Abstract

Melalui hasil kegiatan Magang Industri yang telah dilakukan di PT. PAL Indonesia maka dapat saya simpulkan :
Proses manufactur Knelson Screen Assembly yang saya amati meliputi proses desain gambar, pengadaan material, PWPS (Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification), WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), marking, cutting, fitt up, prosedur pengelasan, quality control, persiapan sandblasting dan pengecatan permukaan, serta finishing. Dalam proses pengerjaan dilakukan secara bertahap dimana dilihat sesuai dengan kapasitas mesin dan main power yang terbatas. Karyawan dalam melakukan pengerjaan fabrikasi sudah bersertifikasi sesuai bidang. Dalam pembuatan Knelson Screen Assembly yang saya amati selama dilaksanakannya On The Job Training (OJT) ada beberapa mesin yang digunakan, antara lain : mesin CNC- FF, mesin CNC-DRT, mesin Las GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) dengan gas pelindung gas CO dengan mekanisme Semi Automatic.

Through the results of Industrial Internship activities that have been carried out at PT. PAL Indonesia, I can conclude:
The Knelson Screen Assembly manufacturing process that I observed includes drawing design, material procurement, PWPS (Preliminary Welding Procedure Specification), WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), marking, cutting, fitt up, welding procedures, quality control, sandblasting preparation and surface painting, as well as finishing. In the process, it is carried out in stages which are seen according to the limited engine capacity and main power. Employees in carrying out fabrication work are certified according to the field. In making the Knelson Screen Assembly that I observed during the On The Job Training (OJT) implementation, several machines were used, including: CNC-FF machines, CNC-DRT machines, GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) Welding machines with CO gas shielding gas. with a semi-automatic mechanism.
