Abstract
Sektor industri manufaktur merupakan salah satu dari beberapa sektor industri dengan pergerakan yang sangat massif. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya kebutuhan industri terhadap tenaga kerja yang kompeten. Jenjang pendidikan SMK dan pendidikan vokasi di perguruan tinggi dengan program studi yang relevan merupakan andalan bagi sektor pendidikan Indonesia untuk menghasilkan calon tenaga kerja dengan kompetensi yang mumpuni. Namun hal ini masih bertolak belakang dengan tingkat pengangguran terbuka tertinggi yang terdapat pada jenjang pendidikan SMK di posisi pertama diikuti oleh jenjang pendidikan Universitas dan Diploma di posisi ketiga dan keempat berdasarkan data pusat statistika tiga tahun terakhir.Untuk meminimalisir hal ini, salah satu solusi paling tepat adalah menggunakan media pembelajaran trainer sebagai bekal persiapan peserta didik menghadapi dunia industri dengan cakupan pekerjaan yang lebih luas. Luaran dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa terciptanya Assembly Robot Trainer yang dapat menunjukkan pergerakan assembly, static and random pick and place, dan stacking. Proses pergerakan ini yang nantinya diibaratkan robot melakukan proses pengemasan pada suatu produk yang dihasilkan industri.

The manufacturing industry sector is one of several industrial sectors with very massive movements. This has an impact on the increasing industrial demand for a competent workforce. SMK education and vocational education at tertiary institutions with relevant study programs are the mainstays for the Indonesian education sector to produce prospective workers with qualified competencies. However, this is in contrast to the highest open unemployment rate found at the SMK education level in first place, followed by University and Diploma education levels in third and fourth positions, based on data from the statistics center for the last three years. To minimize this, one of the most appropriate solutions is to use training media as a preparation for students to face the industrial world with a wider scope of work. The output of this research is the creation of an Assembly Robot Trainer that can demonstrate assembly movement, static and random pick and place, and stacking. The process of this movement, which will later be likened to a robot carrying out the packaging process on a product produced by the industry
