Abstract
Tingginya tingkat pengangguran pada fresh graduate masih menjadi topline dalam permasalahan ketenagakerjaan. Hal ini terjadi akibat sumber daya manusia yang tersedia tidak mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisi karir yang dinamis baik dalam ketahanan menghadapi perubahan maupun keterampilan kerja. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini pemerintah mengusulkan Program Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) khususnya kegiatan Magang dan Studi Independen Bersetifikat (MSIB) yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman nyata pada mahasiswa yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan serta pengalaman sebelum memasuki dunia karir. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh psychological capital dan employability skills terhadap career adaptability pada mahasiswa MSIB. Tujuan dan harapan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan evaluasi program yang dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam pembuatan kebijakan program selanjutnya dan menjadi informasi bagi perguruan tinggi mengenai pengembangan mahasiswa unggul yang siap dalam dunia karir. Data dikumpulkan secara online dengan metode purposive sampling dari 130 mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti MSIB di perguruan tinggi Surabaya. Data diuji menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan software SMART-PLS melalui tiga tahapan pengujian yaitu uji outer model, uji inner model, dan uji hipotesis.

The high level of unemployment among fresh graduates is still being a topline in labor issues. It occurs due to the available human resources are not able to adapt in dynamic career conditions, such as resilience ability, hardskill, and softskill. The government proposed the Independent Campus Certified Internship Program (MBKM), especially the Certified Internship and Independent Study (MSIB) activities which aim to provide real experience to students which are expected to improve skills and experience before entering the career world. MBKM Program is created to overcome the labor issues in Indonesia. This study discusses the effect of psychological capital and employability skills on career adaptability in MSIB students. The aims and expectations of this study are to provide an evaluation of the program that can be taken into consideration in making further program policies and become information for universities regarding the development of superior students who are ready in the career world. Data was collected online using purposive sampling method from 130 students who have participated in MSIB in Surabaya universities. Data were tested using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with SMART-PLS software through three stages of testing, namely outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing.
