Abstract

PT Transformasi Digital Indonesia (TDI) adalah sebuah perusahaan startup di sektor layanan teknologi. Berdiri pada tahun 2018, TDI menyediakan berbagai layanan seperti managed services, digital application services, dan professional services. Saat ini, perusahaan ini terbagi menjadi sembilan divisi, yaitu Managed Services, Business Strategy, Partnerships, Business Operation, Sales & Customer Engagement, Finance, Digital Application Product, Managed Service Product, dan DigiCode SBU. Namun demikian, pada tahun 2022, banyak startup yang mengalami kegagalan akibat kesulitan ekonomi. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kurangnya perencanaan dan manajemen strategi yang baik, yang dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kinerja perusahaan. Dalam upaya mencegah hal tersebut terjadi, PT TDI berencana untuk merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi perusahaan. Perusahaan juga tengah berupaya meningkatkan pendapatan pada tahun 2023 mendatang. Untuk mencapai target tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja yang melibatkan perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pertumbuhan serta pembelajaran, menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Metode Balanced Scorecard digunakan untuk menetapkan sasaran strategi dan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) pada tingkat perusahaan hingga tingkat departemen. Selain itu, dilakukan juga cascading sasaran strategi untuk Departemen Managed Services. Dalam mendukung proses tersebut, dilakukan perancangan job description yang belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya untuk Departemen Managed Services. Sasaran strategi kemudian dilakukan cascading hingga KPI properties agar maksud dan tujuan KPI dapat dipahami dengan jelas. Pembobotan hasilnya bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan prioritas perbaikan pada setiap KPI. Melalui penelitian ini, ditemukan delapan sasaran strategi yang terdiri dari 17 KPI pada tingkat perusahaan, dan lima sasaran strategi yang terdiri dari 12 KPI pada tingkat departemen. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pembobotan pada setiap perspektif, sasaran strategi, dan KPI menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan software Expert Choice dalam pengolahan data. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan menjadi prioritas tertinggi dalam pembobotan KPI pada tingkat perusahaan, sementara persentase keberhasilan perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan menjadi prioritas tertinggi dalam pembobotan KPI pada tingkat departemen.

PT Transformasi Digital Indonesia (TDI) is a startup company in the technology services sector. Established in 2018, TDI provides various services such as managed services, digital application services, and professional services. Currently, the company is divided into nine divisions, namely Managed Services, Business Strategy, Partnerships, Business Operation, Sales & Customer Engagement, Finance, Digital Application Product, Managed Service Product, and DigiCode SBU. However, in 2022, many startups experienced failures due to economic difficulties. One of the contributing factors is the lack of proper planning and strategic management, which can result in a decline in company performance. In an effort to prevent such occurrences, PT TDI plans to design a performance measurement system that aligns with the company's vision and mission. The company is also striving to increase revenue in the upcoming year of 2023. To achieve this target, this research is conducted to design a performance measurement system that encompasses the financial, customer, internal business process, and growth & learning perspectives, using the Balanced Scorecard method. The Balanced Scorecard method is used to establish strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at both the company and department levels. Additionally, cascading strategic objectives are implemented for the Managed Services Department. To support this process, a job description is designed specifically for the Managed Services Department, which has not been done before. The strategic objectives are then cascaded down to KPI properties to ensure clear understanding of the purpose and goals of each KPI. The weighting of the results aims to determine the level of importance and priority for improvement for each KPI. Through this research, eight strategic objectives consisting of 17 KPIs at the company level and five strategic objectives consisting of 12 KPIs at the department level are identified. Subsequently, weighting is conducted for each perspective, strategic objective, and KPI using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Expert Choice software for data processing. Customer satisfaction is given the highest priority in weighting the KPIs at the company level, while the percentage of successful completion of tasks by the company is given the highest priority in weighting the KPIs at the department level.
