Abstract
Peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengguna teknologi di setiap tahun membuat peluang usaha baru bagi perusahaan. Adanya perkembangan ini mengakibatkan perusahaan memperluas jaringan pasarnya dengan membuka saluran penjualan online dan offline. Sistem gabungan pada dua saluran penjualan ini biasa dikenal dengan sebutan dual channel supply chain (DCSC). Adanya sistem ini membuat suatu perusahaan mendapatkan tantangan baru seperti di bidang logistik. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan diharuskan dapat mengelola persediaan yang optimal di masing-masing saluran penjualan sehingga tidak menimbulkan masalah antar manufacturer dengan pihak yang berada di bawahnya. Di samping itu, permintaan dari pelanggan yang tidak menentu juga perlu dipertimbangkan dalam mengelola persediaan. Permintaan pelanggan yang tidak terpenuhi dapat mengakibatkan perusahaan mengalami kehilangan penjualan (lost sale) sehingga sangat diperlukan persediaan yang baik pada perusahaan untuk menghindari adanya kejadian tersebut. Pengelolaan persediaan yang optimal dapat membantu dalam hal meminimalkan total biaya persediaan. Total biaya persediaan didapatkan dengan menjumlahkan beberapa biaya persediaan, seperti biaya pembelian, biaya pengadaan, biaya penyimpanan, dan biaya kekurangan persediaan. Di samping itu, diketahui bahwa iklan merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan guna memasarkan produknya. Sehingga dalam hal ini, suatu perusahaan perlu mengeluarkan biaya untuk melakukan periklanan, disebut biaya periklanan (advertising cost) yang juga berpengaruh dalam total biaya persediaan. Oleh karena itu, dalam Tugas Akhir ini dikembangkan model persediaan probabilistik dalam struktur penjualan online dan offline dengan mempertimbangkan lost sale dan advertising cost menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Dari pengembangan model ini diperoleh bahwa adanya lost sale dan advertising cost mempengaruhi penentuan kuantitas persediaan dan titik pemesanan kembali yang optimal. Simulasi model
dilakukan pada data yang diperoleh dari PT. XYZ, meliputi data penjualan dan beberapa biaya yang diperlukan dalam model.

The significant increase in technology users every year has created new business opportunities for companies. This development has resulted in company to expand its market network by opening online and offline sales channels. This combined system of two sales channels is commonly known as a dual channel supply chain (DCSC). The existence of this system makes a company get new challenges such as in the field of logistics. In this case, the company required to be able to manage optimal inventory in each sales channel so as not to cause problems between manufacturers and parties in the sales channel. So that it does not cause problems between the manufacturer and the parties under it. In addition, uncertain customer demand also needs to be considered in managing inventory. Customer demand that is not fulfilled can result a lost sale. So it is very necessary to have a good inventory in the company to avoid this event. Optimal inventory management can help in terms of minimizing total inventory costs. The total cost of inventory is obtained by summing up several inventory costs, such as purchasing costs, order costs, holding costs, and inventory shortage costs. In addition, it is known that advertising is one of the activities carried out by companies to market their products. So that in this case, a company needs to incur costs to carry out advertising, which is called advertising cost, which affects the company’s profitability called advertising costs which affect the total cost of inventory as well. Therefore, in this Final Project will be developed probabilistic inventory model in online and offline sales structure by considering lost sales and advertising cost. From the development of this model, it is found that the existence of lost sales and advertising costs affects the optimal quantity and reorder point. Model simulation is performed on data obtained from PT XYZ including sales data and some costs required in the model
