Abstract

Berdasarkan data dari We Are Social, jumlah pengguna aktif media sosial per Januari 2021 sebesar 53,6% (4,20 miliar orang) dari jumlah total populasi di dunia sebesar 7,83 milyar. Untuk Indonesia sendiri pengguna aktif dari media sosial adalah 61,8% (170 juta orang) dari 274,9 miliar populasi di Indonesia. Dengan tingginya jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia, potensi ancaman terhadap teknologi informasi juga semakin meningkat. Hal ini salah satunya disebabkan oleh para pengguna internet yang biasanya memiliki keinginan untuk mencari perhatian dari pengguna lain, yaitu pengguna dengan sifat narsistik. Sifat narsistik ini akan menyebabkan meningkatnya kemungkinan pengguna untuk memberitahukan informasi pribadi di sosial media. Pengguna saat ini masih memberikan informasi pribadi mereka seperti nama, nomor telepon, alamat, dan lain-lain. Begitu juga mahasiswa cenderung memberikan informasi sensitif seperti nama depan, nama belakang, perguruan tinggi, dan kota asal pada media sosial. Hal tersebut berpotensi hilangnya keamanan privasi pengguna. Berdasarkan masalah akibat kurang kesadaran keamanan informasi, peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian terhadap tingkat kesadaran keamanan privasi dan informasi pada mahasiswa Depatemen Sistem Informasi ITS. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan indeks Kesadaran Keamanan Informasi. Dimana indeks Kesadaran Keamanan Informasi ini merupakan indikator komposiT yang pembentukannya menggunakan metode multipel criteria decision analysis (MCDA). Penggunaan indikator komposit sudah umum digunakan untuk membangun indeks global dalam bidang sosial seperti Environmental Performance Index, Global Aquaculture Environment Index, dan Global Seafood Market Performance Index. Untuk pembentukan Indeks Kesadaran Keamanan Informasi, penulis menggunakan kriteria-kriteria yang diambil dari model Internet Users Information Privacy Concerns (IUIPC) dengan menambahkan dimensi dari Human Aspect of Information Security Questionnaire (HAIS-Q). Sedangkan untuk pembobotan masing-masing kriteria akan dihitung menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari dimensi dan variabel yang telah diukur nantinya akan diberikan evaluasi dan diberikan rekomendasi pada dimensi atau variabel yang berada pada tingkatan buruk dan sedang. Rekomendasi dihasilkan dari hasil analisis peneliti yang didukung dengan referensi penelitian lain.

For Indonesia itself, active users of social media are 61.8% (170 million people) of the 274.9 billion population in Indonesia. With the high number of internet users in Indonesia, the potential threat to information technology is also increasing. This is partly caused by internet users who usually have a desire to seek attention from other users, namely users with narcissistic traits. This narcissistic nature will increase the likelihood of users disclosing personal information on social media. Current users still provide their personal information such as name, phone number, address, and others. Likewise, students tend to provide sensitive information such as first name, last name, college, and city of origin on social media. This has the potential to lose user privacy security. Based on problems resulting from a lack of awareness of information security, researchers want to conduct research on the level of privacy and information security awareness among Sytem Information Department ITS students. Measurements are made using the Information Security Awareness Index. Where the Information Security Concern Index is a composite indicator whose formation uses the multiple criteria decision analysis (MCDA) method. The use of composite indicators were commonly used to build global indices in the social sector such as the Environmental Performance Index, the Global Aquaculture Environment Index, and the Global Seafood Market Performance Index. For the establishment of the Information Security Concern Index, we use criteria taken from the Internet Users' Information Privacy Concerns (IUIPC) model by adding the dimension of the Human Aspect of Information Security Questionnaire (HAIS-Q). As for the weighting of each criterion, it will be calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the dimensions and variables that have been measured, an evaluation and recommendations will be given on the dimensions or variables that are at bad and moderate levels. Recommendations are generated from the results of the researcher's analysis supported by other research references.
